Super Hotel für 2-3 Tage. Zimmer sind recht klein aber es hat dennoch an nichts gefehlt.

Eine ordentliche Unterkunft, das Zentrum und der Hafen fußläufig erreichbar, zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Was man von einem Hotel dieser Kette erwartet, wird geboten. Wenn wir es anderenorts auch schon besser erlebt haben. Das Hotelfrühstück, angeboten vom benachbarten Restaurant, können wir nicht empfehlen. Wir haben in einem kleinen französischen Lokal ein paar Meter weiter besser gemütlicher und günstiger als carte gegessen. Unsere Wünsche, die beiden Zimmer benachbart zu buchen, und zur Anordnung der Betten (doppelt / separat) wurden umgesetzt.

Every thing is good except the car parking, 36 NZ dollar for one night for a very very small parking spot you have to be a good driver in and out . Generally I pay the price for the location.

Nice hotel but my room has an issue with the bathroom—there was a very strong odor coming from the drain, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. It seemed like a plumbing issue that really needs to be addressed. I raised this concern with the staff, but despite bringing it to their attention, nothing was done about it, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the room itself was not as clean as I would have expected, with visible dust and some areas that needed more attention. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping on day three of my stay, which added to the overall frustration. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this hotel could be a fantastic place to stay. I really hope they take the feedback on board because the location is excellent, and it has the potential to be so much better! Would I stay again? Only if these issues are resolved.

Really perfect location and comfy beds. Staff were great and being attached to lonestar was pretty good. Only thing was that the shower had a little bit of mould and the walls desperately need a spot clean. Enjoyed the 3 nights overall.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly reception servive. Love the location easy access and walking distance to the city attractions.

First of all, the location is good and the room is clean. When my friend and I checked in, we were surprised the hotel asked $100 for bond. I stayed at the same price range hotel somewhere else. Nobody had ever asked me for bond. They should also give 2 bottles of drinking water each day. We had twin beds and they are slightly small.

Convenient

Very rude receptionists when I asked for return of deposit taken at checkin even though room had been paid for in full. Was told it would take a few days and if it didn’t come into my account to contact my bank because they sometimes hold onto money and don’t pay it in. Complete rubbish!!! I’m sure my credit card company would be interested to know about this policy to refuse to return deposits at checkout … attitude of male receptionist spoiled my stay I was made to feel uncomfortable because I asked for return of deposit. Would not stay here again or recommend based on this.

Went there to stay when driving pass Auckland. There are limited parking lots and required to be booked in advance. We stopped the car to unload our luggage’s and check in then had to drive one round to the carpark. BEWARE not to drive along the bus lane at the side as you can get fined. Other than that the room is quite small as expected for a city hotel.

Hotel room is good and the location not too far to the Main Street

The staff is friendly and service is pretty good. The location is near down town and inner city
