Ich übernachte immer im Portopia Hotel, wenn ich beruflich nach Kobe komme. Es ist sehr bequem zu erreichen und der kostenlose Shuttlebus nach Sannomjya und Shin Kobe wird sehr geschätzt. Dies ist meine erste Rückkehr nach COVID. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass das Hotel dieses Mal sehr starr geworden zu sein schien. Ich durfte erst um 15 Uhr einchecken und als ich eine Haltestelle des Shuttlebusses verpasste, blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als noch einmal eine ganze Runde mit dem Bus zu fahren. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass sie ziemlich voll mit einheimischen Gästen sind. Ich schätze, sie legen jetzt mehr Wert darauf, konsequent zu sein, als sich die Mühe zu machen, ihren Gästen zu helfen 😕

This is my favorite hotel when i need to stay in Kobe Sannomiya a few days. Impeccably clean, fairly large rooms with comfortable big king-size bed. My favorite part is the hotel's public bath, incl. sauna, ofuro, cold plunge bath, it's my highlight every morning and evening.

Große Lage in der Nähe von Sannomiya. Große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Nettes ruhiges Vermieten. Gute und saubere Zimmer und Einrichtungen.

Es ist ganz in der Nähe des Hafens von Kobe, es kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, die Nachtansicht ist sehr schön, das Einkaufen ist sehr praktisch, es gibt viele Marken, Sie können zum Ikuta-Palast gehen, um einen sehr schönen Liebesschrein zu besuchen

The hotel faces the Kobe port which provides a beautiful and stunning sea views, especially that you can watch the views at the balcony in the room. An excellent location near the harbour land and the hotel provides free shuttles to and from the 三宮station

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

喜來登算是一家很安心的國際連鎖飯店，他有一定的規範，在萬豪體系裡，是高級品牌的定位。 在神戶喜來登，他的裝潢頗具年代感，距離市區也有段距離，然而但人員素質基本在標準線上，對於萬豪會員也算是不錯，白金待遇ㄧ項不落，不過延遲退房需要商量，這一次還有別的行程，所以就沒有延遲退房了。 對於亞裔且不諳日語的客人，也會認真用英文解說飯店設施，並且拿一張英文版的說明紙給客人，對於單獨入住的女性客人，也會重視女性客人在意的安心感、安全感。 早餐在一樓餐廳吃，菜色比較一般，但足夠吃飽；行政貴賓廳比較狹隘，HH時間座位全是滿的，所以作罷，外出覓食。 神戶喜來登本身是一個很大的建築量體，他與鐵道交通共構，建物裡面還有一些商鋪，裡面的設施亮點應該是温泉，誰不愛温泉呢？不用外出就有溫泉泡，真是太棒了！ 我喜歡這裡，因為很難得的，我一個人在日本旅行，這家旅館的人沒有歧視我這個單獨入住的亞裔女子（——查閱了網路資料，日本人對外國人真的有差別待遇！原來不只是我在大原民宿、大阪麗思卡爾頓和東京文華東方遭受到而已） 在神戶喜來登，我這次遇到的一切都是文明有禮的，謝謝他們讓我持續喜愛喜來登這個品牌。

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage. Der Nebeneffekt ist die Tatsache, dass das Hotel alt ist (dies wäre gut, aber für einen etwas niedrigeren Preis).

Super Concierge und alle Mitarbeiterservice. Wir sind sehr hilfreich und wir schätzen den hervorragenden Service aller Crew. Großes Hotel in Kobe. Ein bisschen Datum für seine 30 Jahre Geschichte des Hotels noch sehr sauber und komfortabel. Einrichtungen und Einrichtungen sind wirklich gut. Kinder Spielplatz, Innen Golf, Fitness, Japanischer Garten, Geschäfte, Parkplätze, Restaurants, und etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch wert. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass es Haustiere im Bereich außerhalb des Hauptgebäudes gibt. Die Lage ist großartig, nur wenige Schritte zum Hafenbereich und BeKobe. Während unseres Aufenthalts gibt es Kobe Hanabi Festival und die Lage unseres Hotels ist der günstigste. Indoor Parkplatz mit Gebühr.
