Das Personal hat nichts falsch gemacht. Sehr guter Service und im Allgemeinen freundlich. Ich war für zwei Nächte geschäftlich hier. Ich war schon einmal im Hotel für eine Konferenz, hatte aber die Gastfreundlichkeit der Unterkunft noch nicht erlebt. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt in einer kühlen und ruhigen Umgebung, aber trotzdem nur 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt, wenn der Verkehr außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten herrscht. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ordentlich, abgesehen vom Badezimmer, das ein bisschen eng war. Der Restaurantservice war großartig und es gab viel Auswahl. Es gibt eine Bar und eine Lounge zum Entspannen, aber die Getränke sind etwas teuer. Die Konferenzeinrichtungen sind angemessen, aber der technische Support war manchmal eine Herausforderung. Es ist ein Ort der Wahl in der Stadt am Seeufer.

Staff are lovely no complaints hygiene is 10/10 they give you more freebies than most hotels definitely coming back here again. The check in was a bit long they could do with speeding that process up. Apart from that I can't complain. Front desk always go above and beyond for guests .

Wir brachten die Familie in dieses Hotel, wie wir schon hatten, zu schwimmen, zu Mittag zu essen und den Nachmittag zu genießen. Wir baten um 5 Schwimmhandschuhe für die Kinder zu mieten. Bestellte Getränke, schließlich bestellte Mittagessen, als wir einen Wächter wieder aufspüren konnten, noch keine Handschuhe. Schickte eines unserer Kinder, um noch einmal die Handtücher zu befragen... Mittagessen dauerte für immer, die Pizza war im Grunde Käse auf Brot, nahezu gesehen Tomaten-Pizza-Saft unter dem Käse, wenn es auch da war! Speziell bestellte weiße Ugali, aber sie brachten braun. Kinderns Hühner-Nuggets hatten eine seltsame gepickelte Beschichtung unter dem indischen Stil - keine Hühner-Nuggets überhaupt. Wir sahen viele schöne Platten von Chips, die auf andere Tische genommen wurden, die klar bekannt waren, aber unsere waren gebrochen, keine guten Geschmack oder was. Essen und eine andere Bestellung von Getränken später (Trinken Bestellung auch falsch), beschlossen wir einfach aufzugeben und zu verlassen. Gefragt um die Rechnung...wartet...gefragt um die Rechnung wieder, saß auf warten und schließlich brachten sie sie. Es hat uns nicht glücklich gemacht, sie sind ‘entschuldigt’, aber es ist gut, nach einer Kategorie von Fehlern zu bedauern. Es hat unseren Nachmittag völlig vernichtet und was’ mehr haben wir viel Geld auf 2 Taxis verbracht, um zu diesem speziellen Hotel zu kommen. Nach dieser Erfahrung, denke ich nicht, es ist ein Ort, um zurück zu kommen. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich nicht, sie sind langsam, können nicht einmal die Rechnung bringen, wenn sie gefragt werden.
