Alles war ausgezeichnet. Faciliteit ist vollständig renoviert. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. freundlich und freundlich persönlich.

Es wird nur das Abendbuffet in diesem Hotel bewertet, da der eigentliche Aufenthalt im Schwesterhotel Lucija erfolgte und nur das Abendessen im Metropol eingenommen bzw. der Spa-Bereich genutzt wurde. Der Innen-Pool sowie die Whirlpools mit Terrasse und Liegen (unentgeltlich) entsprechen einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt daran nichts zu bemängeln. Im Gegensatz zum angebotenen Abendessen. Am ersten Abend durchgehend bis zum letzten Abend unserer 14 Tage im Hotel gab es jeden Abend mehrere Schüsseln mit Bratkartoffeln auf dem Buffet. Nicht ein einziges Mal Salz- oder Pellkartoffeln, Pommes Frites auch nur zweimal in der gesamten Zeit. Fast jeden Abend wurden Sardinen und ein Mischgemüse ohne jeden Geschmack angeboten. Die klare Brühe, die jeden Abend dastand, war ungenießbar. Die zweite Suppe, die sich auch etliche Male wiederholte, schmeckte nur einige Male. Insgesamt war das Essen fade und ohne jede Würze. Teilweise auch nicht richtig heiß. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Bis zum 05.09. gab es abends Bier vom Fass. Ab 06. 09. dann nicht mehr. Auf die Frage warum nicht, gaben die Servicekräfte unterschiedliche Antworten, die uns nicht zufrieden stellten. Auf die überteuerten Getränke aus Flaschen (0,2 Ltr. Sprite 3,80 €) haben wir verzichtet und gezapftes Bier außerhalb des Hotels getrunken. Das Beste am abendlichen Buffet waren die Nachspeisen in Form von diversen Torten, die auch schmeckten, sowie verschiedenen Eissorten. Alles andere konnte man vergessen. Es sollte sich jeder überlegen, ob er in diesem Hotel eine Halbpension bucht, oder lieber auswärts essen geht. Letzteres wäre die bessere Entscheidung.

Als Fazit: lieber mehr Geld ausgeben und das Kempinski nebenan nehmen. Dieses „Lifeclass“-Hotel ist verblasster Glanz. Die bereitgestellten Bilder für „Standard Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick“ sind nicht realistisch. Ich habe mehr als 330 USD für ein altes, abgenutztes Hotelzimmer bezahlt! Der Meerblick war ein Blick auf ein altes Pooldeck... Die Parksituation ist wie bereits beschrieben. Zitat der Rezeption: „Wir haben einen Hotelparkplatz, um einen freien Platz zu finden, viel Glück“. Positiv: Terme sieht von außen schön und renoviert aus und das Frühstück war gut.

This hotel can be classified at least 3 stars. It's divided in different buildings but only 2 are indicated as 4 stars, the others are 3 declared. So you think you are paying for 4 stars service and you find something very different. Rooms are quite renovated but the moquette is dirty both in stairs and rooms, the cleaning we had only 1 time in 4 days because they have few and slow people. In fact we had to try not to kill a big spider but pushing it outside the window with lot of difficult. We have asked a quiet room during the booking at the top floor because I am ill and I need to rest much but the receptionist gave us a first floor room, in front of the stairs, so we could listen all people going around the building and children running on our heads even when I needed my noon rest. Result: we spent a lot of money for a very poor service. We didn't receive any discount at the beach and bistro of the hotel as promised. And last but not least a terribile breakfast, with many products of very poor quality and absolutely disgusting coffee, all served in a big restaurant without any rules to manage all guests. Very bad experience and worst of lot of money. Our vacation was completed ruined

Als wir nach staureicher und langer Reise ankamen, sagte man uns erst einmal das keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel vorhanden seien und wir uns ”privat” irgendwo im Ort etwas suchen sollten. Es gab keinen Hinweis wo im Ort den eine Parkmöglichkeit seien könnte. So durften wir im Ort verzweifelt nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Den haben wir dann auch irgendwann für nur 20,00 €/Tag auf einem öffentlichen Platz gefunden. Auch im Laufe unseres 14 tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde leider am Hotel nichts frei. Für die Frühstücks- und Abendessenzeiten mussten wir uns zeitlich genau festlegen, dies sollte dann auch für den kompletten Urlaub so bleiben, die Sauna war leider nicht in Betrieb, da es ja im Sommer warm ist, sagt man uns. Die schöne Außenterrasse auf einigen Fotos ist am Hotel Apollo nicht vorhanden, hier gibt es nur einen kantinenartige, gardinenverhangenen Innenraum zum speisen. Sehr, sehr schade! Wir hatten uns etwas mehr von einem Wellnesshotel versprochen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Frühstück sehr lecker, die Auswahl beim Abendessen war enttäuschend, es gab zwei Sorten Fleisch, ein vegetarisches Gericht, eine Beilage (z.B. Bratkartoffeln) und eine Gemüsesorte. Zusätzlich Salatbar und Vorsuppe. Jeden Abend gab es das gleiche Dessert und die gleiche Vorsuppe. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und null herzlich wie wir es von anderen südlichen Ländern kennen. Die schönen Bilder vom hoteleigenen Strand entsprechen leider auch nicht der Realität. Hier ist der VIP Strand abgebildet mit schönen Liegen und Auflagen. Den gibt es auch, für nur 40,00 € am Tag. Der andere Strand ist einfach und eng für nur 14,00 €/Tag. Wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung steht ”incl. Zugang zum Strand” heißt das nicht das die Liegen enthalten sind. Das bedeutet lediglich das man den Strand betreten darf, wie jeder andere Mensch auf diesem Planeten auch. Für uns war das der erste und letzte Aufenthalt im Wellnesshotel Apollo!!!

예약 숙소에 들어가니 청소가 하나도 안되어 있고 침구류도 부족했다. 문제제기를 해서 방을 업그레이드 해줘서 고마웠다. 그런데 체크아웃할 때 예약바우처에 제시된 도시세를 10유로가 아닌 14유로를 요청해서 지불해야했다. 화가 난다.
