I checked in at 1:45 and had a 2pm conference call. That was my fault for cutting it so close. I was not informed that their wifi was down. That was their fault. I had to cancel my calls for the rest of the day and the wifi was out for about an hour in total. I would have forgiven this as I am not a picky traveler. The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was ok. What I was disappointed in was the attitude I got from the (I'm guessing) front end manager regarding plugging in my vehicle. I had already tried to plug in my car outside on the only plug, and, unfortunately, the plug tripped. This is not an unusual occurrence as those outside plugs tend to be old and worn out. I was told in no uncertain terms that I could go 'down the street' to charge my car and 'steal' electric from them as they could not accommodate my car as it was too expensive for them to maintain. I told them that is fine, I do not have to plug my car in as it is a hybrid, but I also would not be staying here again. So all in all, would recommend if you are a basic traveler, it was clean but it was not for my particular needs.

Das ist ein fantastisches Hotel. Als wir ins Geh gingen, fühlten wir uns sicher, wie sauber dieses Hotel ist. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Wir waren entspannt und komfortabel. Die Leute hier sind so freundlich, dass Sie sich wie eine Familie fühlen. Sie haben Parkplätze vor den Choice Members. Letztes, aber nicht zuletzt das Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und die Leute, die dort arbeiten. Wir werden zurück sein.

Das Hotel ist kostenlos, eine Menge Autos, das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, es gibt Schneelöffel, Handtücher, Windschutzscheiben, Kopfwasser, Wasserwaschlösser und Wasserbehälter. Aber die Wassertemperatur ist nicht zu heiß, der Wasserfluss ist auch sehr langsam.

Ich war hier für eine Konferenz und die Renovierungen verringerten die Erfahrung. Die Lobby wurde nicht gemacht (eigentlich war es ein helles weißes Gebiet mit minimalem Sitz). 2 der Sitzungsräume waren noch mit einfachen Wänden, Etagen und Fenstern noch im Gange. Die schlimmere Beschwerde, die ich von vielen gehört habe, ist, dass das Bauunternehmen fast 50% der verfügbaren Parkplätze nahm! Plus der WLAN funktionierte nicht die ganze Aufenthalt. Die positiven sind, dass das Personal sehr nett war und das Zimmer, in dem ich war, war sehr komfortabel und sehr komfortabel. Ich habe vor Jahren geblieben und gefällt mir, wie das Hotel damals war, und ich hoffe, dass das Hotel nach den Renovierungen noch schöner aussehen wird.

Der Hotelservice war erstaunlich und das Personal war professionell und außer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren unspottlos sauber. Mein Lieblingsteil war die Gesamtgröße des Zimmers, zahlen erschwingliche Preise und in der Lage zu fühlen, wie ein König ist immer schön LOL. Buchen Sie dieses Hotel werden Sie Ihren Aufenthalt nicht bedauern !!

Das Hotel war sauber, obwohl es ein Tanzwettbewerb war und es war laut mit jungen Mädchen.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!
