Hotel Terme Oriente - Beach & Spa

Excellent location in Ischia, with friendly staff, a spacious room with basic furnishings and a fairly small, but functional bathroom, and small balcony. Unassuming and good value, with a beautiful pool, and interesting thermal pools and steam room.

Hotel very close to the main harbour. However taxi costs 15 euro. The sea is 5 minutes by walk The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one is with thermal water and two small indoor pools with themal water as well , sauna and various types of showers. Breakfast is sweet with croissant, crostata , jogurth . It is possible to by a snack for reasonable price. Cooking is good. There is air conditioning in the room. People at reception and restaurant are very kind.

The lobby is stunning once we saw it we were very happy but unfortunately it was it. Room was not great plenty of mosquitos, we killed 6. Aircon from 80s which didnt work well when we set 18 degrees it felt like 30 in the room so we couldn't sleep well but due mosquitoes presence we didnt keep windows opened so it was not a great sleep at all of max 4h a night waking up all sweaty. Breakfast was a joke croissants looking unfresh and the worse americano we ever had tasting like water. Very poor choice almost nothing to eat for breakfast also served on the basement lever which gave it extra unpleasant feeling. But the worse was that we chose this place for our wedding anniversary to spend lovely 2 days in spa on the terrace in jacuzzi with 360 views having prosecco and chill on the terrace.this was the reason why we chose that hotel and before booking I made sure to check that it's working and we can use it which I was assured about. Upon arrival we were informed we can use rooftop. When we arrived there it was all under construction jacuzzi was closed and rooftop was full of bricks and construction works. I complained on the reception that we can use spa on the rooftop and I only heard that it's TRUE they have some works. It's a shame I was not informed about that when making a booking as I precisely asked for roof terrace jacuzzi. It was put 5 anniversary treat we went for 3 days to Italy to have bit of luxury and we got hot room with broken aircon very dated hotel and roof tarrace which was not working. We traveled 8 hours one way for that. It was really disappointing and sad

Hotel perfetto, per cio' che cercavo: gentilezza, disponibilita', pulizia, ottimi servizi e cibo eccellente.E poi i tantissimi libri, a disposizione dei clienti e per chi e' vorace lettore, come me, e' una vera manna! Io e l mie cognate siamo state benissimo.....le camere erano molto confortevoli, la piscina fuori fantastica, come pure le vasche calde. Ringrazio, di cuore, Gabriella, Angela, Pietro, Vincenzo, il signore alla reception (non conosco il suo nome!) e le signore addette alle camere. Siete stati tutti gentilissimi! Un abbraccio a tutti e speriamo a presto....

Siamo stati recentemente in questo hotel per un soggiorno di cure termali per i miei genitori. La struttura, situata in zona centrale offre tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rigenerante, e, allo stesso tempo ti permette delle passeggiate tra le vie del centro dove puoi trovare ogni cosa. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e garantiscono un riposo ottimale dopo le giornate trascorse tra le terme e le escursioni nei dintorni. Tuttavia, la struttura a parere mio necessita di maggiore manutenzione, e, maggiore attenzione nella colazione, si potrebbe arricchire un po’ di più. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile è stata la presenza della signora Gabriella e della sua collega ☺️Fin dal nostro arrivo, ci hanno accolto con un sorriso caloroso e una disponibilità che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Sono state dei veri angeli custodi per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. sempre pronte a fornire consigli utili, a risolvere qualsiasi mia richiesta. E devo dire che di richieste ne ho avute davvero tante 🤪 Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel

Tutto è sorprendente. L’accoglienza è calorosa. Io, che non amo essere abbracciata da estranei, quando arrivo all’Oriente bacio e abbraccio tutti con estrema naturalezza. La pulizia è scrupolosa. Il cibo è vario, cucinato sapientemente, abbondante e ben presentato. La spiaggia è la più attrezzata che abbia mai frequentato. I servizi ci sono tutti: parcheggio, S.p.A., Wi-Fi, ecc. . Il personale è giovane ma molto professionale e disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi problema sempre sorridente e gentile. L’atrio è pieno di libri e poltrone. Molto originale. Mi piace. Ci torno da decenni e tutti gli anni migliora. È situato all’inizio della zona pedonale. Magnifico.

Hotel in centro a Ischia porto. Personale gentile e disponibile, dalla receptionist ai camerieri. Davvero non è solito trovare tale gentilezza. Colazione abbondante, Spa molto comoda nella quale cullarsi dopo una giornata in giro per l'isola. Forse l'unica pecca camere in stile anni 90' ma per il resto nulla da dire. Ingresso magnifico, elegante e arredato con stile. Consigliato!

L' albergo ,si trova nel centro di Ischia Porto. Pulito e carino. Sì mangia bene ed il personale è gentilissimo. Bellissima la terrazza solarium e meravigliosa la nuova piscina. All' interno è presente area termale e spa.. Super consigliato

Hotel in ottima posizione al centro di Ischia Porto. Stanze confortevoli e letti comodi. Il centro termale piccolo ma accogliente. Peccato per la piscina esterna con acqua riscaldata non sufficientemente. Un plauso alla signora Gabriella, gentilissima, professionale e sempre disponibile
