Es ist sehr praktisch, an der Hintertür einen Bach zum Spielen im Wasser zu haben. Service: Der Service ist wirklich gut! Abhol-, Liefer- und Routenanweisungen sind enthalten. Willkommensobst: Wird zum Nachmittagstee verwendet. Es ist großartig, am Fluss zu sitzen und den Puppen beim Nachmittagstee beim Spielen im Wasser zuzusehen. Gute Nacht, süße Suppe: lecker

SSushi is lifeBeautiful place, as depicted in the photos. Service and food were great. Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and strong, toiletries were of superb quality. We went with our elderly parents and they loved being in nature and having such fresh air everyday. It feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Note that there is no nearby shop as the hotel is halfway up the hill and the hotel restaurant is not open throughout the day. This was not an issue for us as we were able to order food delivery with the guidance of the hotel staff. Also, this is much nearer to 街子古镇 and is quite a distance to the main 青城山 area. We loved 街子古镇 though as it is much less touristy than the main 青城山 area and spent an entire day exploring the town. What could be improved: - During our first day there were issues with wifi and the room heater. Although the staff responded to our requests for help immediately, it took a few hours to fix the wifi, while the heater was only fixed the next day. Service was very pleasant though and I appreciate their sincere updates as I understand some things are beyond control. I do wish they could have checked the heater beforehand. - There was no tour of the grounds when we arrived, nor an introduction to the free activities available as part of our stay, so we had to explore the place ourselves and ask for activities such as: calligraphy, horse riding, free car ride to the Qingchengshan train station. All in all, despite a few hiccups, it was a very comfortable and restful stay. Thank you to the team for taking good care of us!

AAnonymer BenutzerDas war ein erholsamer Urlaub, der meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat – perfekt für einen Wochenendtrip! Das Hotelpersonal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Besonders toll fand ich die kostenlosen Wellnesskurse. Die Meditations- und Yogalehrer waren sehr professionell, und ich habe sogar eine eigene fruchtförmige Rassel gebastelt. Es gab jeden Tag ein abwechslungsreiches Programm, und die Hotelanlage war ruhig und wunderschön – genau das Richtige für Gäste mittleren und höheren Alters. Die Zimmer hatten sogar private Thermalbäder und Projektoren. Das Restaurant des Gästehauses bot eine große Auswahl an Gerichten. Ich empfehle das gebratene Rindfleisch, das gebratene Saisongemüse und das Ginkgo-Hühnchen. Das Gericht mit grüner Paprika und eingelegtem Ei war nicht so lecker. Die Übernachtung war ein tolles Erlebnis! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Der Panda-Garten ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

GGastnutzerIch kommentiere selten Hotels, aber dieses hier kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist recht ruhig und die beiden Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett. Wer gerne ein Wochenende in der geschäftigen Stadt verbringt, sollte es unbedingt ausprobieren. 10.000 Likes 👍🏻 Ich freue mich schon darauf, im Sommer wieder einzuchecken 😏 Es soll noch komfortabler werden

I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Man braucht keine große und umfangreiche Speisekarte, sondern eine kleine und exquisite Speisekarte ist für den Appetit besser geeignet ... Ich habe die vom Hotel bereitgestellte Reisefotografie ausprobiert. Der Fotograf war sehr professionell und hat mir wundervolle Erinnerungen an die Reise beschert.

FFamily with teenHere’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Only one small pool of hot spring is open. The rest were close. There wasn't any booking system, so when you saw 2, 4 big guys in the pool, you wouldn't want to get in. Breakfast was fine with Sichuan special dishes. The good thing was that it is right opposite to High Speed Rail station.

GGastnutzerMy stay at Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely magnificent, the location in proximity to the railway station and front mountain entrance, only about a 15 minute walk, yet the hotel had it's own transportation service to take you anywhere locally. The town itself was quite quaint and peaceful, with beautiful landscaping and architecture throughout the the town, the streets and sidewalks were clear, wide, and open which lends itself to quiet, peaceful, reflective walks, but what stood out more than anything, even the exploration of the front and back mountain, was the genuine, thoughtful, and considerate care of my welfare by the Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel staff, besides making sure that I was able to get to my destinations in town they were quite attentive to all my needs, making sure my room was serviced on a daily, rolling out buffet breakfast in the morning, to made to orders during the evening. There was a real positive family feel amongst the staff and the spirit thereof seems to project itself onto their guest, and this energy I speak of was not just evident with one or two staff members, but whoever you had engagements with. Simply put, they were the best hotel or res staff I have ever come across and I have stayed at quite a few hotels, eaten at many restaurants over the years. The only complaint I have is that I wish I had more time there, but hey that will be part of my motivation for a return. I wholeheartedly recommend Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel for your choice of accommodations while staying at Qingchengshan, the town of Dujiangyan, the staff are the embodiment of the tranquility and peaceful energy you will find there. GGastnutzerDas Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Sie halfen uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft mit unserem Gepäck und begleiteten die Gäste sogar hinaus, als sie gingen. Sie führten uns geduldig durch die Teeernte und brachten uns trotz ihrer vielen Arbeit das Anbraten und Zubereiten von Tee bei. Abgesehen von der Entfernung war alles andere ausgezeichnet. Auf dem Balkon gibt es eine private heiße Quelle, und die bereitgestellten Teebeutel waren unglaublich erfrischend. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen, nach einer Wanderung in den heißen Quellen zu baden.
