Das Front Desk war schrecklich, sie belasteten mich zweimal auf meine Debitierung, als ich in meiner Kreditkarte gab. Ich fragte viele Male, dass das nur für Zwischenfälle ist, weil ich bereits für das Zimmer bezahlt habe und sie sagten ja. Sie belasteten mich wieder für das Zimmer. Beim Auschecken gab ich ihnen meine Kreditkarte und sie bezahlten meine Debit. Schrecklich!!

Der Manager muss sich bei 71 erkannt haben, meine Exasperation mit Reisen zeigte. Er hat mich in eine Grundstückseinheit bewegt. Es war nicht eine Einheit, sondern eine Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner Porsche, Gartenbereich mit Sitzlounge, ein 500-Fuß-Wandern bis zum Boardwalk und Strand. Eine Küchenzeile (langes Aufenthalt, bringen Sie einige Werkzeuge) die sauber und gemütlich war. Smart denken, hinterließ die Kühlschranktür offen (mildew gestoppt). Mattress GREAT. Sehr schönes Frühstück, reichlich. Würde ich wieder gehen - - - oh ja! Sie besitzen mehrere Gebäude in einem Klub, so Pool Schwimmen ist geteilt. Atlantik war ein Tad Brisk noch, als ich gerade aus Jamaika war, wo es warm ist. Großer Platz zum Lesen. Ältere Leute von 40 +++ mit ein paar Zwillinge und Zwillinge Sie haben einen kleinen bequemen Shop, aber ich empfehle Ihnen, auf einer der großen Geschäfte (WinDixie oder WM) von der Autobahn zu stoppen und aufladen Wenn Sie eine Küchenzeile mit Ihrer Buchung erhalten . We booked a room on September 12th through an online third-party service for three nights in Hollywood, Florida starting November 13th at Greniers Hotel. We received confirmation emails and brought our confirmation number with us for check-in. Our driver dropped us off at the address provided, along with our seven pieces of luggage, as we had just returned from a cruise. Three of these bags were nearly 50 lbs each. My husband went to find the office at this address, only to find out that the main office was a block and a half away. I stayed with our luggage on the side of the road to await his return. Fifteen minutes later, in the 90-degree weather, my husband returned, only to tell me that they didn’t have our reservation on file. Because we had already paid for this room online, we called the online booking agency to see what happened. They confirmed that we did have a reservation with this hotel, and we were there on the correct date. They provided us with a confirmation number, and my husband again walked 1-½ blocks to the office in the heat. I received a phone call from him several minutes later, telling me that the hotel STILL did not have our reservation, even with the provided booking number. We again called our online booking agency, who was at no fault, and they canceled our reservation and returned our deposit. Two hours later, and still sitting on the side of a street in Florida with all of our luggage, we made a reservation with a nearby hotel, The Flamingo, got a taxi, and were dropped off at a new location. To our dismay, we made a reservation with a “sister” hotel that used the same office as the first. However, the hotel received our reservation and payment, so we thought all was well. We learned that Greniers and The Flamingo are owned by Hollywood Beach Hotels. After checking in, we were shown to our room near the office. As soon as we opened the door, we were in shock. The drapes on the only window in the room were closed, and the room was dark and dingy. After opening the drapes, we understood why they were closed, as the window overlooked a sitting area where people were gathered, chatting, eating, smoking,etc. The room emitted a very strong and unpleasant smell of pine cleaner, yet the whole room was filthy. The front door was filthy, and had fingerprints, grime and dirt all the way down the inside edge. A sitting chair near the door was covered with what looked like vomit. The bed had no lamps next to it, but there was one main light overhead with a ceiling fan. The television hung awkwardly on the wall with cords hanging. The kitchenette was filthy, and had layers of dust on all of the walls. There was an air conditioner in the kitchen in the only window there, and it was blowing the dust in the room to the walls. There weren’t enough plug-ins in the kitchen, so they had added an extension cord and power outlet over the kitchen sink. This could prove very dangerous if you had an item plugged in

Location, view, 3 pools, and friendly staff = 5 stars! I found my little piece of heaven when I visited. I liked it so much that I went back just a little over a week later. Maria at the front desk was super friendly and informative when in checked-in. 5 stars to her. Everyone else at the front desk was great too throughout my stay. When I walked into my room and saw the view of the ocean I was blown away at how beautiful it was. I spent hours upon hours of my stay watching the ocean, the beach, and the passers-by strolling along the boardwalk. The room had a kitchenette, dishes, utensils, etc., so I was able to bring food there and make many meals right at the room. I had read the reviews prior to booking the room so I was not expecting a 5-star hotel, which is completely fair because I was not paying 5-star prices. If you stay there, I recommend that you do not expect a 5-star hotel, but instead focus on the value of what you are getting for the price. In my opinion, what I got for the price was well worth it. I also found the ability to message back and forth through the secure email portal very helpful. :-)

Rein. Sicherlich nahe dem Strand und alles! Alter, aber neu gestaltet so war es definitiv schön und der Wert war hervorragend. Würde hier wieder über jeden teuren Hotel, das wir geblieben haben, und wir haben bei vielen geblieben. Große Zimmer und viel Platz für alle umzuziehen!
