Die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich schlecht, sehr alt und müssten renoviert werden, die Lage ist perfekt.

Great environment and service

Wenn Sie geschäftlich hier sind. Würde es nicht empfehlen. Nachts sehr laut! Plus die zusätzlichen 60 US-Dollar, die Sie für das Parken ausgeben müssen, nur um im Hotel zu übernachten. Die Bürodame ist allerdings sehr nett.

Room was in very good shape and very clean, amenities were very good. Room was not large, but adequate. AC unit was hard to get within a small range so it was comfortable, and also would prefer a little quieter unit. Was able to park within 2 blocks with paid street parking.

It was a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Right off the beach. There are no parking on property, they do recommend a parking garage 5 blocks north of the property and you must pay to park there

Cheap and clean but dated. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Mattress was mushy and woke up with back ache every day. Courtyard with covered seating was nice to just sit out side and chill. Parking is an issue - you need to purchase a city permit to park on the street and the lot to the west is private tows cars every day. Margaritaville is next door and they have a steam pipe in the street that makes a hissing noise 23 hours a day. Sometimes it got loud. Will stay there again but request rooms nearest the office to minimize the noise.

Okay so the location of this property is great. Just a few steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk area. Right across the alley from Margaritaville resort. It’s in a quiet area but you can hear the concerts if the Broadwalk is hosting one. The only downside of this stay was the room itself. Very small, but extremely clean. Everything looked like it had a relatively fresh coat of paint. In fact the doors were so caked with layers of paint, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Speaking of the bathroom. There was approximately 8 inches from the front of the toilet to the bathroom wall directly in front of you. You could touch three walls from anywhere in the bathroom, and almost all four. The crown jewel of the room however was the bed and mattress. There is no headboard so that was unique. But the mattress was bad. You could feel every broken spring in it. The metal ring around the outer edge was completely broken down. It is no exaggeration that it was the absolute worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. It may have been the original mattress from the 50’s for all I know. It’s really unfortunate because even a mediocre mattress would have made this a rockstar room. Parking was annoying but that is blamed on the city of Hollywood. There is just such a limited number of spots and those are still $20-25 per night. I parked at Margaritaville because it was convenient @ $43/day Unfortunately I don’t think I could recommend this to anyone and will definitely not stay here again.

We had a quick stay over but wished we could have stayed longer. Very close to beach and next door to margaritaville.
