Die Hotelausstattung ist sehr gut und neu, Schwimmen ist ein Highlight, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Liegen am Pool müssen morgens belegt werden, die Handtücher und die Liegenauflagen sind sauber und bequem. Das Restaurant ist romantisch und lecker. Die Servicemitarbeiter des Hotels geben ihr Bestes, um Dienstleistungen zu erbringen, aber es scheint, dass die Fähigkeiten nicht ausreichen, die Fragen nicht rechtzeitig beantwortet werden können, sie Geduld brauchen und so weiter. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Zum wiederholten Mal waren wir Gast im Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa. Wir, meine Tochter und ich, haben jedes Mal unterschiedliche Luxuszimmer gebucht, aber immer mit def gleichen perfekten Erfahrung. Urlaub von Anfang an. Sehr herzliches und umsorgendes Personal. Ob Empfang, Guest Relations, Restaurants, oder Barkeeper und Reinigungspersonal. Jeder ist bemüht um das Wohl des Gastes. Wir lieben es, hier zu Gast zu sein. Und wenn der Chef Dimitris die Zeit zu einem Gespräch findet, ist es klar, dass die Philosophie des Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa ”Herzensangelegenheit ” und Unternehmensphilosophie zugleich sein kann. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf ein Wiedersehen.

Dies war unsere erste All inklusive Reise und auch die erste Reise nach Griechenland mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter. Wir waren von der Größe der Anlage sehr überwältigt. Wir hatten öfters gelesen, dass diese in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das empfanden wir so nicht. Natürlich es es nicht brandneu und ein paar Bereiche sind definitiv schon älter. Es gibt das Main Restaurant und vier weitere (asiatisch, mediterran, beach Restaurant und ein Brunch Restaurant). Das Buffet hat für jeden was zu bieten. Natürlich ist die Qualität bei den einen oder anderen Speisen nicht so wie man es erhofft hat, aber das ist beim Buffet ja oft der Fall. Im großen und ganzen gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und wenn man nicht ganz so schlimm penibel ist, dann findet hier jeder was. Die anderen Restaurants muss man separat buchen. Dieses darf man nur einmal die Woche tun. Wahrscheinlich damit jeder mal die Chance bekommt in den weiteren Restaurants zu essen. Das Asia Restaurant war hier wirklich sehr sehr gut. Da wären wir gern öfters essen gegangen. Am besten reserviert man schon von zu Hause aus!! Die Termine sind schnell weg. Die Cocktails sind überall auch ganz ok. Am besten jedoch waren die Cocktails an der Main Bar. Besonders abends. Das Personal ist zu 99,9% sehr freundlich und man wird immer sehr herzlich begrüßt und bedient. Besonders im Gedächtnis wird uns Vasilis und Maria aus dem Main Restaurant bleiben. Maria ist total lieb zu unserer Tochter und natürlich zu uns gewesen. Sie hat sich immer gefreut Maria wieder zu sehen. Vasilis ist ein sehr lieber und offener Mensch, der uns jede Frage gerne beantwortet hat und immer sehr hilfsbereit war. Es gibt auch einen Mini Club. Dort steht ein ziemlich cooles Piraten Schiff, was zum phantasiereichen spielen einlädt. Es gibt im Gebäude des Mini Clubs auch Gelegenheiten drinnen zu spielen. Mit Matten, Stiften und sonstigem Spielzeug. Desweiteren gibt es dort noch einen Pool für die kleinen. Dieser war für unsere Tochter dennoch etwas zu tief (niedrigste Stelle 0.5m). Aber sie war sowieso am liebsten zum planschen am Strand. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein total toller Urlaub und für eine Pauschalreise wirklich schön. Wir sind eher drauf los Reisende und nicht lange an einem Ort, aber hier gibt es einige Möglichkeiten und zur Not auch Mietautos um mehr als nur die Anlage zu sehen.

The most beautiful stay! My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights for a babymoon and it was wonderful. On arrival, the staff had upgraded us to a garden room which was huge with a large balcony, side sea view and incredibly comfortable bed. There was a bottle of Prosecco and cold plate awaiting us in the room. The shower is very powerful and the bath is huge! The whole hotel is stunning and immaculately clean. The staff work so hard to care for the hotel and grounds and it really shows. The restaurants are fabulous. I'm veggie and when asked to review my stay after a couple of days, I commented that the only thing I would change was the veggie options. The following two nights at dinner, we were treated like royalty with specially made or recommended dishes. It was so special and I felt very lucky and cared for at the hotel. Despite the beauty and grandeur, the hotel has a lovely, relaxed feel. Every member of staff we met was friendly, kind and helpful. It is such a nice atmosphere at Amirandes. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff even brought me up some milk when I had terrible heartburn! Just gorgeous people all round. The hotel has a short pathway to a private, sandy beach with plenty of loungers, towels are all included and laid out, no queueing! The sea is calm and clear, perfect for swimming and snorkelling and you can order food and drinks to your lounger if you like too. This was truly a 5 star experience and we will be booking again with our new arrival for out first family holiday without a doubt! Huge thanks to all the staff for making our time so special. We felt immediately relaxed on arrival and were treated like absolute royalty, thank you 😊

Wenn es ginge, würde ich 4,5 Punkte geben. Im Zweifel dann aber doch 5. Zimmer: Für unseren Geschmack zu rustikale Zimmerausstattung. Und schön wäre, wenn die Zimmertüren auch den Effekt hätten, Geräusche von draußen abzuhalten. Schön wäre noch eine Dusche anstatt Badewanne. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer ”open plan” in einem Bungalow. Check-in mit notwendigem Ausfüllen von langen Formularen eher langwierig. Das könnte man vielleicht besser vorbereiten. Essen: Super gut! Qualität, Geschmack, Auswahl, Verfügbarkeit alles bestens und bei vielen Urlauben zuvor (in anderen Hotels) noch nie so erlebt. Auch das Hauptrestaurant ”Enomy” ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Die Themenrestaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Sehr schöne Anlage, für mich aber eher im Bereich der Bungalows. Es gibt auch Zimmer in großen Gebäuden, den größten Charme bietet aber das Bungalow-Areal. Es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Programm mit Sport, Basteln usw.. Ich war beim Fußball, es gibt ein sehr schönes Kleinfeld. Warum aber bei ausgeschriebenem Beginn 17 Uhr für die Erwachsenen erst noch Kinder für 30 Minuten spielen und die Erw. dann nur noch max. 30 Min., habe ich nicht verstanden. Wir haben die Kinderbetreuung/-programme nicht in Anspruch genommen, daher ist keine Bewertung möglich. Schön wäre, wenn es nicht später als 20 Uhr auch ein Kinderentertainment, z. B. eine kleine Disko, geben würde. Das kennen wir aus anderen Hotels. Im Meer gibt es Fels, der Strand besteht aus grobem Sand / Kies. Achtung: Es gibt keine Muscheln! Für unsere Kinder ist das relevant... :-) Ansonsten war das Wasser sehr klar und nahezu ohne Müll. Die Pools waren aufgrund des eher kühlen Wetters im Mai 2023 etwas kalt (die 3 beheizten Pools sind aufgrund der Größe eher für Kleinkinder). Viele Pools und besonders zu erwähnen ist die Pool-Policy bzgl. Liegenreservierung: Zw. 7 und 9 Uhr muss man an der Liege bleiben, sonst wird abgeräumt, top!! Grundsätzlich gibt es sehr viel Personal (Aufsicht an den Pools, Security zum ”Schutz” der Hotelgäste), sehr gut organisiert. Was man noch besser machen könnte (Kleinigkeiten): - Zimmer habe ich schon eingangs erwähnt - Soja-Schälchen beim Sushi gibt es nicht - Ketchup sollte (auch) bei den Pommes stehen - Softdrinks sollten an den Pool-Bars zur Selbstbedienung zur Verfügung stehen, das würde die Wartezeiten deutlich reduzieren. Das war unser zweites Mal in Palmera nach der Renovierung. Hatte dort ein paar Tage, die meisten AMERIKANISCHE professionelle und polizeiliche Mitarbeiter, wir wurden Zugang zu einem wunderschönen Zimmer mit schönen Meerblicken und viel Raum.
