GGastnutzerWe loved our bungalow, as it was well-designed, had a functional kitchen, and many useful gadgets like an iron, a hair dryer, or umbrella for sunny weather. The shared area had a lovely vibe and was perfect for recharging mentally with all the greenery, pool sounds, and chirping birds. We could even squeeze some physical activities into our routine, as the place had a dedicated space for yoga with mats, small dumbbells, and resistance bands. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, although the presence of the security guard was comforting. Our host was friendly and helpful, answering our questions on WhatsApp or providing tips on hustle-free navigation in the Tulum jungles.

The hotel does feel too overcrowded there are so many sun beds on the beach that it takes away from the beach. The hotel did not warn about seaweed before arrival and it was very 50/50 in terms of staff friendliness

RRonzoDie Familie von vier (einschließlich 2 Teenager) blieb in Zimmer 3307 für eine Woche im Conrad. Wir hatten einen Meerblick, 2 Queen Zimmer und haben für den Ceiba Club gewählt. Das Zimmer war eines der besseren Größen und layout Zimmer, die wir auf dem Urlaub genossen haben.
Die Einrichtungen waren fantastisch und wir genossen die Aktivitäten, die wir hier in unserer Zeit angeboten haben. Der Fitnessraum war nie beschäftigt und die täglichen Aktivitäten, die wir für zugänglich erachtet haben.
Die Vorderseite bot sehr gute Schnorcheln mit mehreren großen Reifen, die viele Schulen von interessanten Fischen halten. Wir sahen auch dort Strahlen verschiedener Größen, die spannend war. Beachsitze waren immer verfügbar, was eine Überraschung war, da wir lesen, dass es problematisch sein könnte.
Das Restaurant Ceiba hat sich in den ersten Tagen nicht betätigt, so dass Ceiba das Restaurant mit der La carte-Nahrung anbietet. Wir haben auch den Status von Hilton Gold genossen, so dass wir zwei unserer Familie durch das wunderbare Frühstücksbuffet in Arbolea wechseln konnten.
Wir hatten Abendessen in Marakea (Mittelmeer) und Autor (Michelin Mexiko Restaurant). Beide waren gut, aber Autor stand aus.
Würde sicher zurückkehren.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

BBeta0415Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.

The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind.
What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

AAidil BuyongA charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world.

Had a lovely large and clean room.
Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves.
Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later...
Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service.
I ended up going to the beach on own regards.
The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!
