SSS72I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people.
The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs.
The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that.
The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be.
I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation.
When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.
Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.
Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.
Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

VVivsExcelente lugar para descansar, desconectar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. El hotel se encuentra en una zona apartada, y las habitaciones son suites perfectamente equipadas con todo lo necesario. Por ello, si no se dispone de coche, hay que llegar con todas las provisiones, pues no hay dónde comprar cerca.
El AC solo está en las habitaciones. La playa está directamente afuera del edificio y es un auténtico paraíso. Las instalaciones son modestas pero suficientemente equipadas. Dispones de kayaks y material deportivo. El dueño es super amable y siempre a disposición para lo que se necesite. Hay un bar/restaurante justo a un lado (sólo acepta efectivo).

GGuest UserDas Hotel war NICHT zu erwarten, Uber, Kunsthaus, Boutique retro chic. Von den Fotos ( Trip.com, Expedia) Ich wartete auf etwas Service-aber-und-aber-bar, Firmen-safe-bland.
Nichts wie das überhaupt. Kunststücke und beunruhigtes Möbel in jeder Ecke, ein schönes verkleidetes Stockwerk, wunderschöne Dekor auf die Wände gepinnt, ein riesiges Antiquitätenspiegel.
Und das Personal - das wusste! So wunderschön, so freundlich und freundlich. Ein gefüllt-abgeschwächt-gay-freundlicher Teil des ruhigen Himmels.
Nichts flashig oder Nachtclub, nichts merkwürdiges, nur wütende Ruhe.
Ich liebe diesen Ort.

In jedem Zimmer ist eine Kessel, ein Kühlschrank, eine sichere, sehr schöne Dusche und Balkon.
Oh, das Fernsehen, natürlich, man sollte nicht zu Tulum für den Fernsehen kommen - es ist nur, dass sie GREAT-Kanäle und viele von ihnen haben. Alles Streaming, alle Filmkanäle.
Der Pool ist sauber, ruhig und so ruhig.
Ich höre andere schrieben über Lärm. Es gibt eine Gebäudeanlage neben der Tür. Im Mai 2022 gab es nicht einen Jackhammer oder Dreh von diesem Gebäudeanlage. So viele der Gebäude ist anhalten? Es gab dort keine Arbeiter die ganze Woche.
Es gibt überall kein Club-Geräusch, es ist eine sehr ruhige Straße.
Es ist perfekt nahe Chedraui und Super AKI für Gemüse.
Ich würde sagen, das ist ein perfektes Hotel für diejenigen, die ein Stück wässriges und dekoratives, ein sublimes Umfeld, einen schönen Balkon und schöne Zimmerdekoration für einen guten Preis, und ein wenig retro-Mexican Vibe, und möchte die Bequemlichkeiten, in der Stadt Tulum zu sein.
Nur absteigende Stimmen - das WIFI pop oft aus, dann wieder. Es ist nie lange. höchstens ein paar Sekunden. Wenn Sie ein Zoom-Treffen haben, können Sie ein Wort oder zwei verlieren, aber es ist nicht ernst genug, um Sie zu zwingen, einen streaming-Anruf zu stoppen. Nur Zittery.
Zweitens - Bitte setzen Sie ein paar Ramp für Ihre Gäste, die einen Rollstuhl benutzen. Es gibt nur Schritte ins Hotel und ich denke, es wäre viel besser, eine Ramp auf diese drei Schritte.
Die Fotos auf allen Seiten nur nicht die wahre Herz und Farb-Shop Vibe überhaupt konvertieren.

루이스는 매우 친절한 호스트였고, 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐 옮기는 것을 도와줬습니다.
호텔 위치는 큰길가에 위치했으며, 1분도 안되는 거리에 oxxo와 길거리 타코가게들이 있습니다. 그리고 맛있는 식당들과 카페가 주변에 즐비해있고, super Aki도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다.
옥상에서는 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 멋진 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있고, 1층 문은 철제문으로 잠겨져있어 외부인의 출입이 통제되어 안전함을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 귀여운 멍멍이들이 항상 반겨줍니다.
