하루 머물다가 좋아서 이틀 머뭄 숙소에서 걸어서 바다가 가면 50분정도 걸림 그러나 너무 환상적인 바다임 자전거대여도 가능함 멋진곳임 또 가고 싶어요

Erstaunliche Zimmer! Der Ort ist in der Mitte des Dschungels gebrochen, so gibt es Bugs und Frogs usw., nur wissen Sie das. Direkt neben einem Keller! Es ist auf einer Autobahn und Sie können nicht wirklich irgendwo laufen, so brauchen Sie ein Auto oder ein Moped usw., da es ziemlich weit ist. Die Tee ist ein kleines Jacuzzi und eine Sauna, die sie versuchen, einen verboten hohen Preis für.... Angesichts der Tatsache, dass es die einzige Ausstattung, das Hotel hat, sollte das kostenlos sein. Die Bettwäsche brauchen eine Aktualisierung. Haben Farben und Rippen. Ich denke immer noch, es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, besonders für den Preis zu bleiben!

Wir sind sehr überrascht mit Ana y Jose! Was für ein unglaubliches Hotel! Reine und neue Einrichtungen, perfekte Dusche und Bett, schnelles WIFI und mit einem freundlichen und erfahrenen Personal. Wir waren auf dem Hochzeitsmonat und wir wurden sehr gut behandelt. Delikat Frühstück!

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel calls itself a 5-star property. My whole experience here was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Service is absolutely terrible. Nobody helps you with anything, reception doesn’t care, and every time you call the front desk or concierge, nobody answers the phone. Zero hospitality. Food was honestly disgusting. Nothing fresh, no flavor, very low quality. Drinks taste like water — literally no alcohol. Even the cups and glasses in restaurants were dirty. It feels completely unacceptable for a resort that is supposed to be luxury. We also had a very unpleasant situation with the membership “presentation” scam. They invited us to a “lunch to learn about the brand,” but in reality, it turned into a pushy timeshare-style sales pitch. None of this was explained honestly beforehand. When we complained, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, as if this is normal. On top of that, I forgot my dress in the room. They admitted they found it, but for two days they ignored me, didn’t contact me back, and didn’t send it. I kept calling and messaging, and still no response. This shows how bad the communication and customer care truly is. After during checkout they asked us to sign the paper that we have no problem with the hotel and requested we write a good review about them. Ridiculous. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money, not even close to 5-star standards, and definitely not the luxury experience they advertise. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, honest, and professionally managed resort.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel am Anfang der Strandstraße. Kann ein Taxi vom Zentrum nehmen, um dort für ca. 300mxn zu erreichen. Wenn Sie nicht verstanden, dann ist es einfach nur zu Fuß entlang der Tulum Strandstraße zu erreichen jedes Restaurant oder Strandclub. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einer Außendusche und einem Bad, obwohl der Holzboden mit Nageln war rustig, was so gefährlich war, dass es zu beheben ist. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und gab uns sogar Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Veranstaltungen für die Nacht. Sie haben ihren eigenen Strandzugang und Lounges so sehr bequem wie das Recht am Strand. Frühstück wurde angekündigt und es ist ein leichter Joghurt mit wenig Granola und Früchten mit Filterkaffee und Saft und zwei Stück Toast für zwei Personen. Das Frühstück hat Platz für Verbesserungen in meiner Meinung. Gesamt gute Erfahrung für den Preis. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, obwohl es in den Auflistungsbildern angezeigt wird, sind in der Regel Hotels kostenlos. Es gab einen Campingplatz direkt neben dem Hotel, der seltsam erscheint, nicht sicher, was das war, da es auch Zugang zum Hotel durch die Treppen mit dem Hotel hatte.

Our stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind. What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism. First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100. However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very different story. Azulik is a pure jungle experience. That can be magical, but it also means: Very limited privacy A toilet behind a divider No hot water at night Minimal comfort overall I understand this is intentional and part of the concept, but when rooms can cost up to $2,000 per night, you naturally expect a balance between artistic experience and luxury comfort — especially at that price point.  The room itself was cute, but definitely not designed for longer stays. This is not a place you want to stay more than 1–2 nights max. After that, the lack of comfort becomes noticeable. Service was not good. I understand this is Mexico and things move differently, but for a hotel with such an international reputation, staff speaking English should be standard, especially since most guests are travelers from the other countries. The beach service closes early (around 4–5 PM), so the experience feels very limited. A few small but important details: The matches in the room were extremely horrible to light, which becomes frustrating when candles are the main source of light, and I love candles idea but if you are reader this hotel not for you! Cleaning could be better.  Hot water should really be available 24/7 at this level. Overall, Azulik is an artistic, aesthetic, and spiritual concept, not a comfort-driven luxury hotel. If you come knowing that — and stay one or two nights only — it can be a beautiful experience. I think its important to remind guest on checking in what are they signing for, coz people don't like to read descriptions and coming for views then being disappointed. Come for the vibe, architecture, and photos. Don’t come expecting classic luxury or comfort. Beautiful idea, powerful concept — but it could truly shine even more with better service, basic comfort, and attention to detail. And I`m not asking a lot here.

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you. My rating does not include the quality of food...
