Hotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel! Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea! Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Sehr praktisch, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs liegt! ! Die Sicherheit ist völlig in Ordnung! Es war ein futuristisches Hotel! ! Die Pralinen neben der Rezeption waren so lecker, dass ich sie oft gegessen habe! Keines der Hotels in Italien hatte Wasser. Kaufen Sie es im Supermarkt im Keller von Termini, bevor Sie losfahren! Die Position des Kleiderbügels und der Handseife Auch die Platzierung des Gewebes ist zu hoch! Lol Ich dachte, es wurde von einem großen Italiener benutzt! Hausschuhe vorhanden Keine Zahnbürste Es gibt keine Pyjamas, aber Bademäntel!

Die Unterkunft ist in einer zentralen Lage mit ca. 5min Gehzeit zum Bus, UBahn und Straßenbahn. Das Hotel ist recht modern mit einer kleinen Rooftop Bar. Unten gibt es auch einen Fitnessbereich. Der Eingang zum Check In war etwas versteckt, da mussten wir kurz suchen. Unser Zimmer sah bei Check-In leider überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprechend aus. Die Möbel waren sehr einfach und das Zimmer kaum ansprechend (keine Deko, keine Farbe) alles grau in grau. Immerhin war der Balkon groß! Das erste Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den Anforderungen an die Sauberkeit die wir erwartet haben. Daher sprachen wir kurzerhand mit der Rezeptionistin um eine Lösung zu finden. Sie war sehr freundlich, doch eine richtige Reaktion auf die Beschwerde bekam ich nicht. Sie wollte dann mit ihrem Manager über das Problem sprechen. Erst nach einigen Stunden wurde uns dann durch die nette Rezeptionistin und ein neues Zimmer zur Anreise angeboten. Dieses war dann besser aber auch nicht sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir auch bei jeder Bleiberreinigung dunkle Haare im Zimmer (wir sind beide Blond). Sowohl auf den Möbeln, Fußboden, Badezimmer und Dusche. War natürlich nicht so schön. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und am Ende des Tages ist das Hotel für uns nur Mittel zum Zweck zum Schlafen und Duschen. Aber für die Übernachtungspreise denkt man, man kann wenigstens den Standard erwarten. Preis-Leistung hat mich hier echt enttäuscht.

Der Zugang ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber ansonsten ist alles gut. Es liegt weniger als zehn Kilometer von der antiken Stadt Rom entfernt und ist mit dem Auto in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, das Abendessen ist gut und der Typ ist auch sehr gutaussehend

Mir gefällt es sehr gut! Ein wirklich entspannter und komfortabler Campingplatz. Einfacher Zugang: Man muss nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle laufen und kann mit dem Bus zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station Eur Fermi in die Stadt fahren. Es lohnt sich wirklich, als Reisender kann man so viel Geld sparen, da es günstiger ist als andere Hostels. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beeindruckt ist die Lage des Hotels großartig, besonders das Zimmer mit Blick auf das Kolosseum. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr serviceorientiert. Wenn sie das Hotel verlassen, nehmen sie auch ihr Gepäck und ein Taxi, denn zum Geburtstag hat das Hotel speziell Geburtstagstorten und Kekse zubereitet Segenskarte, senden Sie eine Flasche Champagner, kochen Sie in der Küche zum Frühstück, stehen Sie früh auf, um das Morgenlicht des Kolosseums zu beobachten, die Badeinrichtungen sind sehr gut, die Einstellung der Wassertemperatur ist sehr praktisch, der Raum ist reichhaltig und Chinesen trinken gerne heißes Wasser Das Wasser ist relativ sauber

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.

Der Rezeptionsbereich ist sehr sauber und scheint renoviert worden zu sein. Das Zimmer wirkt etwas alt, aber es ist den Preis wert. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, was einen guten Eindruck machte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren, sodass es schön war, ein Gefühl für die Einheimischen zu bekommen.
