Wenn ich ihnen mehr als 10 von 10 geben könnte, würde ich das gerne tun! Von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, waren die Mitarbeiter unglaublich hilfreich, respektvoll und freundlich. Das Hotel ist absolut schön und elegant, mit Zimmern und Einrichtungen, die sorgfältig geschaffen wurden, um Gästen eine unvergessliche Erfahrung zu bieten. Die Bettwäsche, das Bett, das Beleuchten und die Möbel waren alle außergewöhnlich. Unser spät abends Garten Abendessen war lecker und machte den Abend noch besonderer. Verbringen zwei Nächte hier war die perfekte Kirsch auf dem Oberteil, bevor wir Rom verlassen. Danke!

Das Zimmer ist größer als erwartet und komplett ausgestattet. Am überraschendsten ist, dass es einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gibt. Das Hotel ist generell sehr freundlich zu Asiaten und es gibt Reis und Rührei zum Frühstück, was eher dem asiatischen Geschmack entspricht. Ich sehe, dass die ersten Leute, die morgens zum Frühstück kommen, hauptsächlich Asiaten sind. In der Hotellobby gibt es Powerbanks zum Ausleihen, die ich sonst nirgendwo in Italien gesehen habe. Auch das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück gibt es zwar frühestens um 7 Uhr, aber wer früher raus muss, kann sich vom Hotel auch schon am Vorabend Frühstückspakete mit Brot, Keksen, Marmelade, Saft und Wasser zusammenstellen lassen, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr bequem. Neben dem Bahnhof Termini und der U-Bahn-Station können Sie die U-Bahn-Linie AB nehmen. Das Hotel ist weniger als 2 Kilometer vom Kolosseum und dem Forum Romanum entfernt und lässt sich daher sehr bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ich hatte gehört, dass die Gegend um den Bahnhof nicht sehr sicher sei. In der Nähe des Hoteleingangs patrouillierte ständig Sicherheitspersonal. Solange es nicht zu spät war, fühlte ich mich im Allgemeinen sicher. Das Hotelrestaurant schmeckt sehr gut und scheint zu den Top 100 Restaurants zu gehören. Es ist bis 22:30 Uhr geöffnet und Hotelgäste können jederzeit ohne Reservierung kommen, was sehr praktisch ist. Obwohl es etwas teuer ist, ist der Geschmack den Preis wert. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und werde dieses Hotel wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Rom komme.

An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Der Zugang ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber ansonsten ist alles gut. Es liegt weniger als zehn Kilometer von der antiken Stadt Rom entfernt und ist mit dem Auto in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, das Abendessen ist gut und der Typ ist auch sehr gutaussehend

Zwei Tage lang ist es sehr zufrieden, dass die Reise Italiens am besten ist. Das Zimmer ist besser als gedacht, aber ein Einzelzimmer gab mir ein Doppelbett, es gibt einen Kühlschrank, ein Frühstücksbuffet und eine große Balkon, die den Alltag der lokalen Bevölkerung beobachten kann; sehr ruhig, nahe der Kathedrale von St. Peter und dem Vatikan, die alten Reisegruppen im Ausland werden hier wählen; Ein paar Minuten nach unten gehen, es gibt eine Familie von Left. Das Beste ist, dass es eine Bahnhof Rom S. Pietro hat. 40 Minuten direkt zum Flughafen. Es ist zu bequem für mich, am letzten Morgen zum Flughafen zu gehen! Wenn es einen Nachteil gibt, weil es schwierig ist, auf der Höhe zu bauen, ziehen Sie die Taschentasche und gehen Sie zu essen.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Der Standort ist. fantastisch Großer Supermarkt 500m entfernt. Spätnachts mit dem Auto durch Rom fahren. Am ersten Tag fiel die Heizung aus. Heizung nur mit Klimaanlage Ansonsten. Ich hatte keine Beschwerden. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Campingfläche von Venedig ist 30 % kleiner als die von Rom. Dennoch bin ich für den Preis sehr zufrieden. Ein Fahrzeug ist unerlässlich Oder einfach passieren Die Einrichtungen sind neu.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però
