I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. Ich habe meine erste Nacht in Rom im Camplus Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel liegt relativ nahe am Bahnhof Termini, aber es dauert immer noch eine Weile, bis ich mit meinem Koffer unterwegs bin. Bitte achten Sie darauf Sicherheit Das Hotelpersonal hat eine sehr gute Serviceeinstellung, relativ freundlich, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sehr sauber, zu Weihnachten gibt es Pralinen, gute Bewertungen.

Der Zugang ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber ansonsten ist alles gut. Es liegt weniger als zehn Kilometer von der antiken Stadt Rom entfernt und ist mit dem Auto in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, das Abendessen ist gut und der Typ ist auch sehr gutaussehend

Der Service des Personals war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren immer froh, dass unser Zimmer sauber war und es täglich frische Handtücher gab. Auch die Frühstücksauswahl war fantastisch. Zwei Dinge, mit denen ich nicht 100 % zufrieden bin, waren das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was nachts unangenehm war, selbst wenn zwei Fenster geöffnet waren. Wir kamen in der ersten Aprilwoche und es war heiß. Außerdem hätte das Frühstück früher beginnen können, etwa um 6 Uhr, da wir an manchen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts das Hotel für Aktivitäten um 6 Uhr verlassen mussten. Aber insgesamt würde ich trotzdem sagen, dass dies ein großartiges Hotel ist, insbesondere wegen der Lage.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Ich hatte keine Beschwerden. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Campingfläche von Venedig ist 30 % kleiner als die von Rom. Dennoch bin ich für den Preis sehr zufrieden. Ein Fahrzeug ist unerlässlich Oder einfach passieren Die Einrichtungen sind neu.

Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter ein großes Frühstücksbuffet, ein großes Fitnessstudio und eine Bar auf der Hauptebene mit einem Billardtisch. In der Dusche ging es nie an heißem Wasser oder Druck zu und im Zimmer gab es eine Lavazz-Espressomaschine, einen großen Fernseher, einen Safe, einen Minikühlschrank, einen Kleiderschrank und einen ausgezeichneten Föhn, der ununterbrochen hohe Hitze lieferte. Das Personal war freundlich und war auf Anfrage hilfsbereit und organisierte beispielsweise einen privaten Fahrer zum Flughafen zu einem günstigen Barpreis. Ich freue mich darauf, in Zukunft wiederzukommen.
