Das Hotel ist sehr kompakt, aber sie maximierten auf dem tatsächlichen Unterkünfteraum. Mein Zimmer war auf einem anderen Gebäude und der Empfangsmann, der sehr süß war, gab mir eine Tutorial mit den Schlüsseln und dem Aufzug. Wenn Sie nicht so gut mit Europa vertraut sind wie ich, war das absolut notwendiger Schritt. Als ich in das Zimmer war, war das geräumige, saubere, schön dekoriert und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war genauso schön. Im Hotel liegt ein schöner Blick auf den Fluss und die Straße unten. Das Zimmer war auch überraschend ruhig, da ich keinen Verkehr hören konnte, nachdem die Fenster geschlossen waren. Das Frühstück wurde in meinem Zimmer genau zur gewünschten Zeit am ersten Morgen serviert, der schmackhaft und gesund war, und für meinen zweiten Morgen musste ich zum Frühstücksstation im Hauptgebäude ... gehen, das war ok. Die Lage ist 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß von den meisten Orten und etwa 30 bis 35 Minuten zu Fuß vom Coleseum. Ich fühlte mich ganz sicher, während ich ging, aber natürlich noch wach und die Rezeption gab mir auch eine Karte, zeigte mir, wie man mich nutzen und und erlernte mich auf den besten Wegen, um meine Zeit zu maximieren. Alles in allem, großartiges Zimmer, Service und Lage. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen. Für Verbesserungen können sie jedoch ihren Gästen eine orale Pflege Satte und Bettwäsche geben, wie mit vielen Hotels, die ich auf dieser Reise geblieben habe

Die Lage ist sehr gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom sind in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist in der Umgebung. Gut in der Straße. Es ist eine Form der Volksbevölkerung, die Sie vielleicht an diese Art von Unterkunft gewöhnen müssen. Die Servicepersonal hängt von der Whatsapp-Verbindung ab. Es ist am besten. Es sollte ein junges Team geöffnet werden.

Маленький отель без ресепшина , нас встретил человек в 22.00 хотя заранее мы его не предупредили о том , что приедем поздно , так как у нас задержали рейс . Он был мил и приветлив все рассказал и объяснил, на все вопросы ответил. Номер чистый и достаточно просторный, был баллончик в номере . Местоположение тоже очень удобное возле собора Санта Мария Маджоре , рядом , бары и рестораны . Завтрак бессмысленный , 2 булочки и на этом все , если есть возможность отказаться - откажитесь .

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Dieses Hotel liegt im chinesischen Viertel. Die Rezeption ist ebenfalls chinesisch und spricht Englisch. Die Erfahrung ist sehr gut und der Service hervorragend. Die Lage ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich werde dieses Hotel auch bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Rom wieder wählen.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però
