Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

Ich war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

Came to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep. This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area. Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded! I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel wirkt von außen und in der Lobby eher unscheinbar und erinnert an eine Raststätte für Flugbegleiter. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und relativ modern ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist jedoch etwas dunkel. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und professionell. Das WLAN-Signal ist stark und die Zimmerbeleuchtung gut abgestimmt; die Schreibtischlampe mit einstellbarer Helligkeit ist praktisch, und es gibt Steckdosen am Bett zum bequemen Aufladen des Handys. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Toilette mit Duschschlauch und einem kräftigen, angenehmen Warmwasserstrahl. Die Rampe am Waschbecken ist mit einem Sicherheitshaken ausgestattet, um Überschwemmungen zu vermeiden. Die Zimmertüren sind mit Diebstahlsicherungen und Ketten für zusätzliche Sicherheit versehen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist geräumig und bietet ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit westlichen und chinesischen Spezialitäten. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig, sicher und gut erreichbar; allerdings belegen viele Fahrzeuge von Einheimischen Parkplätze, was die Parkmöglichkeiten für Hotelgäste beeinträchtigt. Die Rezeption scannt das Kennzeichen, um Gästen die Ausfahrt zu ermöglichen. In einigen Details besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Beispielsweise kommt es immer noch nicht aus dem Teufelskreis heraus, dass Hotels in der nördlichen Region die Klimaanlage willkürlich auf eine einfache Luftregulierung reduzieren und damit die Bedürfnisse der Gäste hinsichtlich des Komforts ignorieren. Der Preis von fast 500 Yuan bot nicht den Komfort, den wir erwartet hatten. Glücklicherweise bekamen wir ein nach Süden ausgerichtetes Zimmer, das relativ kühl und ruhig war. Die Kissen waren jedoch zu weich und unbequem.

Crowne Plaza is a great hotel located within a short walk to plenty of restaurants and Sunac Mall (it has the Guinness World Record for largest indoor skiing, with affordable skiing lessons for kids if you prefer to stay within Harbin area). All staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and any issues are resolved within a few minutes. Roughly 20mins by car to the Harbin Ice & Snow world and 30mins to the city centre. Located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise or traffic nearby at night time. Room is spacious (fits our family of 4 with kids aged 6 & 8) and clean, housekeeping is very prompt. We had originally booked the themed room but change to the normal room to have a bathtub instead. Gym and pool facilities are decent and clean. (Note: Swimming cap is required, but you can buy it before swimming). Pleasant experience overall.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Wir haben uns mit unserem Kind nach Harbin gewagt, und die erste Station war das Xana Hotelle Harbin Central Street Sophia Church. Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch, es liegt mittig bis nördlich an der Central Street. Zum Zhaolin Park sind es nur 100 Meter über die Straße im Osten, und die Hauptstraße der Central Street ist nur 50 Meter westlich. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 500-800 Meter zu Fuß. Die Hotellobby ist super gemütlich und bietet Stempel zum Sammeln und Nachmittagstee an. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir unsere Reise nicht geplant hatten und spontan unterwegs waren, fragten wir nach Besonderheiten in Harbin. Eine Mitarbeiterin schickte mir extra über WeChat Tipps für Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung in der Hotelumgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hat alle Ernährungsbedürfnisse für eine Reise mit Kind abgedeckt, inklusive Fleisch, Eiern, Milch und Obst. Am Abreisetag haben wir spontan entschieden, Fotos mit unserem Kind bei der Sophienkathedrale zu machen, was die Check-out-Zeit verzögert hat. Das Personal hat uns kostenlos bis 14 Uhr verlängert. Alles in allem hat uns die erste Station in Harbin ein warmes Gefühl gegeben. Wenn Sie hier an der Central Street übernachten, ist das Xana die beste Wahl! Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Peking habe ich es schon vielen Freunden empfohlen. 😙😙😙

Its a small hotel without parking lot, located just at the side of the street. To reach the reception you need to face with stairs. Not so high but quiet challenging if you bring big luggage. Inside just a small receptionist. Check in was easy and fast, while waiting you can have coffee or china tea and cookies from the banquet. We booked family room, which is very spacious. Two double beds, a tent with toys. Its kinda cute though. The room facing the streets with a big windows, its lovely to watch snow falling outside. It has small fridge, electric kettle, and long sofa. Although I would be more glad if they provided small wardrobe to put our clothes. They only have hanging rack where we can put our coats and towel, which was definitely not enough. Anyway during our stay there, no one clean our room. They only made the bed but the floor still had hairs. But I'm too lazy to complaint. What I like about this hotel is they have washing machine and dryer that you can use for free (including the washing liquids). Also just besides the hotel there is a halal restaurant, very convenient, cheap and tasty. To the cathedral just a little walk around 10-15 minutes, and to the lake ard 30 mins.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Es ist sehr ruhig auf Sun Island und ganz in der Nähe der Ice and Snow World. Es gibt eine Seilbahn im Hotel und auf der anderen Seite des Flusses befindet sich der Stalin Park. Ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt ist die Central Street. Es ist sehr praktisch und die Hotelumgebung ist gut Gut. Der Kundendienst an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Kundendienstpersonal an der Rezeption, das am 20. Dezember zur Arbeit kam, war ein hübsches Mädchen und ein hübscher Junge. Der Service war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Wir gingen zum Eis und Schnee World, weil es zu nah war und es keinen Fahrer gab, der die Bestellung entgegennehmen konnte. Der hübsche Junge an der Rezeption half mir auch, andere Fahrer zu kontaktieren. Xiao Meine Tochter weinte, als sie zu Ice and Snow World ging. Als sie ins Hotel zurückkehrte, Das hübsche Mädchen an der Rezeption kam, um sie zu trösten. Sie umarmte meine Tochter und bedeckte ihre Hände und Füße, um sie ohne Einwände warm zu halten. Diese Szene löste in meiner Familie ein besonders tiefes Gefühl aus.
