The room has a strong smell of paint that I didn’t pick up until after a few hours of check in as I had left the room to enjoy a meal and had fallen asleep immediately upon return. When I called reception to ask for another room, I was asked at what time I had checked in and followed that with the morning crew will see if you can be moved tomorrow. I am staying with a mask inside my room and have no confidence that my request will be granted. I am booked for multiple nights and having to consider booking another hotel because I can’t go 4 nights with no rest. Unfortunately if I do so, I would loose the payment. Really wish *******, as the booking agency backing this hotel, would provide assistance. I’m extremely disappointed.
