Our stay was wonderful. We're divers, and having the dive shop on site was HUGE. We were in a waterfront unit, which was wonderful. Two stories, fantastic view of the harbor, and everything working as expected. The front desk staff was one of the friendliest we've encountered - and they were ALL friendly, helpful, and super-cheerful. The breakfast buffet folks were also super-cheerful, and after a few days, some of them engaged in friendly banter with me, which made me feel very comfortable and 'part of the family,' which I wasn't expecting. The only thing keeping my review from being a 5 is that the only restaurant on site was just 'good,' not really outstanding. But it's a waterfront restaurant, and they switch up the menu for things like Streetfood night (which was AWESOME - with a fabulous live band) and Mexican night (which was back to 'good,' but different). The pools were great, the excursion we went on was fabulous (Roger is a great tour guide/cab driver!), and the diving was superb.

Wenn man die vielleicht etwas nüchtern geratene Lobby durchquert hat und in den wunderschönen Garten des Hotels kommt, dann ist man schon überwältigt von der Anlage mit den kleinen Häusern, in denen jeweils 10 Zimmer sind, den vielen Palmen und zahlreichen Blumen. Geschwungene Wege führen zum Pool, wer braucht den eigentlich bei dem Meer?, den beiden Restaurants und letztendlich zum Strand. Man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Das Hotel ist nach wie vor familiengeführt und das merkt man an allem. Megafreundliches Personal, hier sei Vanguard Lewis der Restaurantmanager, Mr. Chat im Service und besonders Khadeshia genannt, die die besten Pancakes und Omeletts macht. Auf den Tisch kommt ausschließlich Heimisches, alles ist typisch karibisch und schmeckt echt klasse. Sehr lobenswert ist, dass am Abend auf den Dresscode geachtet wird und somit alle Bascapträger, Muscelshirtfreaks und Flipflopfetischisten abgewiesen werden. Im Garten und am Strand gibt es ausreichend Liegen, Schirme werden nicht gebraucht, da es einige schattenspendende Bäume gibt. Als einzigen Punkt, der verbesserungsfähig wäre, fällt uns ein, dass die Musik am Abend gerne öfters sein könnte. Es würde auch schon reichen, die Lautsprecher etwas lauter zu stellen. Bis 22:00 Uhr, dann tritt die karibische Ruhe ein. Die Bar ist natürlich länger offen, aber so viele Gäste bei nur 80 Zimmern sind dann eh nicht mehr da. Es gibt ausreichende, gemütliche Sitzgruppen im Barbereich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, werden tipp top gereinigt und haben einen seitlichen Meerblick vom Balkon oder der Terrasse aus. Fazit: Nicht ganz billig, aber sein Geld allemal wert. Coyaba-wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property was nice and clean. Wonderful view from the property although must be fit to climb the hill. For the kitchen area I would recommend that some shelves be made over the fridge to a commode the microwave, plate and some space to do make a sandwich. The drains outside the property by the road, had a stench, so that needs to be looked into. But I would come again. All the staff I met were very friendly and help full. And I would recommend to all my friends and families. Continue the good works.

Das Hotel ist schön und sehr nah an der schönen Grand Anse Beach. Sie können den schönen Sonnenuntergang an der Strandbar genießen.

Wir sollten hier nicht bleiben, sondern wegen der Koronavirus-Beschränkungen, die uns dazu zwingen, einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Carriacou zu kürzen, haben wir hier 2 Nächte geblieben. Unser Zimmer war eine kleine Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnbereich, Esstisch, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Das Hotel ist auf dem Weg zum Flughafen, so dass der Verkehr immer passiert, aber wir haben nicht wirklich bemerkt, dass es invasive ist. Der Ort war nur richtig für unseren Aufenthalt - warten 2 Tage für unser Flug zu Hause. Wir waren die einzigen, die damals da waren, so begann unsere Selbstisolierung um den Pool. Das hatte schöne Wohnzimmer mit komfortablen Kuchen auf, und eine Sonne geschaut Fläche mit schönen Brise. Es ist auf einem Steep-Rad, so dass ich es nicht als Radsitz freundlich oder für jemanden mit Mobilitätsproblemen klassifizieren würde. Unser tägliches Arbeiten war, auf und nach oben zu gehen die Rad zu dem Pool, der oben auf dem Grundstück ist. Das Restaurant war geschlossen (wie jeder auf Grenada), aber sie kochten uns das Frühstück, das wir in unserem Zimmer gegessen haben. Am Abend gingen wir und bekamen einen Abzug vom nahe gelegenen Pun-jabi Restaurant (siehe separate Bewertung). Wir hatten ein freundliches kleines Gecko, das wir in unserem Schlafzimmer mit uns verblieben, das wir Trevor nannten. Er schien kaum zu bewegen, aber ich habe mich mit den Gedanken unterhalten, dass während wir schliefen, er lief um das Zimmer, indem wir Kreise machten. Das Bett war groß und sehr komfortabel. Sie hatten 2 enorme Doppelschranke im Zimmer mit etwa 4 Hängen. Das war kein Problem für uns, da wir aus unseren verpackten Taschen lebten. Ich würde mir vorstellen, dass es nicht die Art von Ort ist, wo Sie noch lange bleiben. AC im Zimmer war sehr effektiv. Kein Deckfans. Die Dusche sah alt aus (ein fester Kopf aus der Wand) aber es war fabulös. Liebes heißes Wasser und ein anständiger Druck. Schöne Handtücher und die Poolhandtücher waren auch von wunderschöner Qualität. Es war schwer zu sagen, was es normal wäre, aber dieser Ort diente es für uns sehr gut. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich so viel wie sie unter den Umständen konnten.
