There was a serious problem with the breakfast. There was only one staff member who was on the phone for over an hour. I had to ask him for everything: the refrigerator was locked, there was no Danish or pastry, no milk for the cereal, no napkins, finally me and two other guest were given stale bagels. This was the worse breakfast experience I have ever had in a hotel!

I have been trying to get help for 3 days, due to weather conditions our flight was cancelled and rebooked for Jan 9, I’ve had no response from Baymont or *******. Absolutely terrible customer service by Baymont and *******

It was awesome as usual! The only thing is that there is a new television program and the remote has very few buttons and little info. We were not able to watch tv because we couldn't get a channel on and we couldn't lower the volume, and we couldn't get the guide to see what was playing on tv.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and this by far was the worst. Where do I start? As soon as we got to our room I noticed that we got downgraded from what we originally booked and the hotel said that they couldn’t do anything about it. The room was decent at best. The safe didn’t work and the heating and cooling unit was obnoxiously loud. At one point I noticed that the outlet next to the bed was missing an outlet cover. When we asked for housekeeping at our room (extra towels and new sheets); they just made the bed and gave us bare minimum towels. If you’re looking for privacy, don’t bother going here because the walls are paper thin. At one point I asked for a plunger because the toilet was clogged and the person at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do about it. I do not recommend staying here. Just spend a couple more dollars and stay at the Residence Inn next door.

I traveled from Ny to Visit my daughter and have her spend the night with me. This property felt unsafe their were folks hanging out in the side parking area which had a door for access to the property. Your key card lets you in this door. But the door stayed propped open the entire time.

The shower head was being supported by a plastic bag, tied up on the pole. The heat was malfunctioning, the toilet was working well. When I went to the front desk no one was there, I had to knock on the office door to get someone to come out. I will think twice before I stay there again.

Check in was ok. There 3 front staff but only one was helping a customer when i entered. I was told that breakfast started at 7 am the next morning. I left my room at 7:05, put my bags in the car abd drive to the enterance to check out and get breakfast. There wasnt anyone at the front desk to check out and the breakfast room was dark, no breakfast. I probably wont stay there again.

Staff was great. We had a few small issues with towels and cups and room not being vacuumed daily. Place was being RE-roofed so early morning NOISE! Other than that - nice place.

Check in, seemed rushed didnt recieve any copy of any paperwork. Took a photo copy of my license. The room itself was horrible. AC was gross the vents had so much dirty and leaves. The fridge smelled of mold. And the whole room seemed dirty. You can see where things had broke and they just moved it over and screwed it back in, but didnt even repair the hole. Toilet didnt flush properly. Was in the area for a wedding and tried looking for another hotel but was everything to far or sold out. Thought because it was part of a large umbrella chain it would be like others i have stayed at but sadly no. They clearly have it listed when you walk in its a franchise and they follow there own rules. Will not be going again
