The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

Alles wunderbar, nettes und kompetentes Personal. Sehr gutes Zimmer. Nette Restaurants, auch die Bar war gut bestückt. Nahe am Messegelände gelegen und damit eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn das der Reisegrund ist. Eine sichere Wahl für Delhi.

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

The stay was great, with exceptional staff attending to us timely whenever we needed anything. Big property and lots of greenery. Not to miss the lovely food. The rooms and the washrooms are very spacious. Definitely recommend a staycation here. Thanks Rishika.

Excellent service, loved the ambience. Came with spouse for a quick weekend getaway. The staff are extremely courteous. Can’t wait to repeat the staycation with family again. The swimming pool timings are a little off though - 8am -7pm. It’s too hot to swim at 8am !

Everything was great at jaypee greens resort i had breakfast here very delecious i would like to mention all the front office team they are very toward out stay very smooth check in and check out done by front desk team amazing ambience and good view

It was a great experience and very comfortable stay. Enjoyed fullest in pool and had great fun. One of finest and clean kids play area. Very luxurious and great place for weekend getaway with family and friends. Even u can have good corporate events here.

What should i say about the hotel! Everything is outstanding, amazing,and maintenance of the property is so well. As i talk about rooms , there standard rooms are very beautiful every room they have bathtub….. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Attended a wedding here, excellent stay with very comfortable and spacious rooms, round the clock quick service and a very helpful and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend for a staycation near Delhi. Enjoyed my time time here would be back for sure.
