Extremely comfortable and clean rooms, relentlessly helpful staff and an wayback-machine ambiance. Kind of olden-day, grand hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to the Alhambra - and no big uphill trudge.

Dieses Hotel war vor Jahren wunderbar. Wir begannen vor 25 Jahren zum Anchor Inn zu gehen ..., großartige Pub, schöne Dekoration, wunderschöne sushi-Bar, großartiges Restaurant, saubere Zimmer, nichts zu beschweren. Dieser Aufenthalt war der schlimmste jemals. Frühstück inbegriffen kostenlos zu einem Preis von $200.00 nachts. Unkochte Sauce, Eier geschraubt aus etwas unfrisch, Hashbraunen kalt und überkocht, schwache ungeschmacklicher Kaffee, es war für uns Tim Hortons aus. Und jetzt die Heißröhre, unsere Reise dort im Januar fand die Jets nicht funktionieren wie unser kürzlich geplanter Besuch, nicht funktionieren. Dog freundlich sagen sie, zu einem zusätzlichen Kosten natürlich, keine Poo-Tasche-Versorger ....und keine Fläche für sie zu poop-Atal. Nun war unser Zimmer scharf, Süßigkeiten in das Bett, scharf gefärbte gefärbte Teppiche, jemanden blaue Pillen auf dem losen und gedrehten Teppich. Das Badezimmer hatte ein Toilette, so dass er schleifen Sie zurück und nach und seitlich während der touch-down. Glücklicherweise hatten die Betten frische Blätter und saubere Handtücher waren reichlich. Auch das Front Desk Personal war sehr nett wie die Damen im Restaurant serviert. Ruf hat es, dass dieser Ort wird eine Renovierung in diesem Herbst. Ich hoffe, die neuen Eigentümer lesen diese Bewertung und ernst zu nehmen über diese Renovierung, dieser Ort braucht viel mehr als Farbe und Teppich.

Wir haben hier drei Nächte im September geblieben. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Suite mit einem extra Schlafzimmer, einem wirklich großen Wohnzimmer, einem sehr schönen Badezimmer und einem Balkon. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderschön, da es das Meer anfing und wir genossen, am Abend draußen zu sitzen und das Fähre ankommen zu sehen. Das Frühstück wurde im Zimmerpreis enthalten und war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt - Restaurants und der Pfeiler, wo alle Bootsfahrten sind in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The worst Ramada I've ever stayed in. An absolute dump! I should know, I paid for seven nights and every night I regretted my choice. Take a look at the photos, this demonstrates what we had to live with to try and make the heat bearable. Why so hot, the beds are located in a loft. All the heat collects up in the sleeping space, and little portable fans do absolutely nothing to cool things down. We had to sleep on top of the sheets in our underwear. Get used to sweating all night! The hotel staff refused to fix the AC. The first two days I asked three different staff if someone could fix it, only to be told that none of the AC works in the hotel. Bizarrely, when challenged that my friend two room doors down had AC, the staff members refused to acknowledge it as real. When I told them his room number, they still claimed that none of the rooms had AC. Talking to other guests, some had AC, some didn't. The ones that didn't were told nobody in the hotel had AC. This meant our patio door had to stay open all night long. So we got to enjoy adjoining rooms smoking on their balconies, which meant that as non-smokers we got stuck with second-hand smoke everyday and throughout the night. Other guests drinking and swearing on their patios, they might as well be doing it right inside your open doored room. Further, the hotel faces onto a busy highway, so all day and all night you get smashed with traffic noise. Half of the wall sockets don't work. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The staff aren't empowered to address any of the issues. Because the hotel is 50yrs old, it's dirty, worn-out, carpets and furniture are filthy, the bathroom is nasty, cleaning staff are absent on the weekends, etc, etc, and etc. I travel a lot. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it only cost $5 per night. Sadly I paid over $200 per night. Ramada, your should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! Room 314 Jul 10-17, 2023

Das Hotel in Granada ist nicht besser gelegen. Wir hatten zunächst ein Problem mit einem der Zimmer, die wir über unseren Agenten ein Doppelbettzimmer beantragt hatten, aber das wurde offensichtlich nicht bestätigt, so dass sie uns in ein Doppelzimmer reserviert haben. Der Empfangsmann war so hilfreich und nach einer Diskussion, die wir uns vorbereitet, die Zimmer noch verfügbar zu sehen, bevor wir uns auf die geeignetsten zu einigen. Das Problem wurde überwunden, weil alle Doppelbettzimmer bereits gebucht wurden, wir nahmen ein Doppelbett in das sie ein zusätzliches Einzelbett setzen, obwohl wir zusätzliche zahlen mussten. Die Annehmlichkeiten der Hotels waren sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, keine Anfrage war zu schwierig. Es gab noch Beschränkungen in Covid (Juni 2022), so dass keine Broschüren oder Broschüren angezeigt wurden, aber die Empfänger waren alle sehr hilfreich bei der Beantwortung von Fragen über die Einrichtungen im Hotel und über Granada selbst - wo Bushalte waren Für verschiedene Busse, Café-Restaurants usw. Das Frühstück im Hotel war nicht ein Buffet (Covid) Beschränkungen), sondern war der Pflegeservice, das Menü hatte eine gute Auswahl - versuchen Sie den Toast mit Avocado und Tomaten!

Stayed for 2 nights on a room only basis. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Rooms have a good mini fridge, and there is a kitchen next to Reception with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Bus stop outside goes to the Alhambra for €1.40. Good selection of bars outside the hotel, and about a 10 minute stroll to the Cathedral, or Bib Rambla all on the flat. At the start of the narrow road to the hotel is a roundabout. Here is the Marquis’s sister hotel - great for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bread, coffee and a large bowl of fruit & yogurt will set you up for the day for under €10. Just around the corner you can catch the C32 bus to Albaicin for €1.40. Lovely views going up a very steep climb. Get out at St Nicolas Square at the top. There are a couple of cafés next to the square where you can enjoy a coffee or beer, with the most amazing views of the Alhambra, then catch the bus or walk downhill (about 20 mins) back into the centre. We were worried about driving and parking in Granada, so we parked up in a little town outside of Granada, called El Fargue (coming in from Murcia), and caught the N8 bus in. Cost €1.40, and travels down the only main road through every hour, just after the hour, to Jardines del Triunfo, which is the other end of the main Gran Via de Colon - a 15 min flat stroll from the hotel, or a 5 min taxi ride. N8 bus returns to El Fargue from the same place at half past the hour. Saved the stress and expense of driving and parking in the City. Very successful. We will certainly do it again, and we will also stay at the Marquis Urban again.

Ich denke, es könnte das Zimmer Serena de Amarillos gewesen sein. Das Bad war auch riesig, obwohl es keine Dusche hatte, nur ein Tub. Obwohl wir die Toiletten nicht verwendet haben, wie wir unsere eigene hatten, Gar Arnat hat mehr als ich in einem Hotel, vor dem es ein schöner Kontakt ist, gesehen. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Wasser, das war großartig. Es gab auch viel Zimmer zu sitzen und eine Glas Wein in der Nacht, und alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Frage mit dem Klimaanlagen, und ich sprach mit dem Gentleman am Büro. Er kam zu ihm und sagte, es sei, weil es so ein großer Raum war, dass es nicht aufrechterhalten. Mittwoch wurde es ziemlich kalt. Sie haben sogar einen „Wunschbaum“ im Hauptlobby. Sie bieten Hangtags, die Sie aufschreiben können und auf dem Baum hängen. Ich empfehle Ihnen, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie Granada besuchen.

My daughter and I were only able to stay one night in this lovely hotel, but I wish we'd been able to stay longer. Pros: - Everything was clean, new and fresh in appearance, and functional. - The breakfast included in our booking had a nice variety of foods, more than I expected from such a small hotel. Everything was at a good temperature and tasty. - The location is on the way up the hill to the Alhambra! When I was in better shape, I could have taken this walk easily, but it was very good exercise for me even though challenging in my current condition. I liked that we did not have to take a bus or other transportation to get from the hotel to the Alhambra. We had bought tickets for a night visit to the Nasrid Palaces, which included a visit the following day. Both times we could just walk out the front door of the hotel and directly up to the Alhambra! - The location also was within easy walking distance to the cathedral, shops, & restaurants (down the hill.) - Our lovely modern room included a ”Japanese-style” toilet. - The room was not large, but even so, it contained a safe, plenty of space for clothing/luggage and also a small table, fridge, and chairs. So after our night Alhambra visit, when we brought back some take-out food for a midnight supper, we had a place to eat it. - When we first arrived at the hotel, we enjoyed a meal at the rooftop bar/restaurant, with a lovely view of the Alhambra. Everything was quite tasty, & our waiter was patient with our poor Spanish abilities. Then when it started to sprinkle, he immediately set up a new table for us that was under a roof, so we could continue enjoying our meal while out of the rain. - The rooftop bar accepted Diners Club, so we were able to avoid a currency conversion fee charged by my other credit cards. - Our room was able to accommodate an extra twin bed. I don't remember now how I arranged with the hotel to have this extra bed, but because I was traveling with my daughter rather than with a romantic partner, we both appreciated being able to sleep in separate beds. - The staff we interacted with were all wonderful! Friendly and helpful! The front desk ladies kindly gave us directions to stores, lots of info on the area, and called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave. - For a small hotel, they really thought of everything, and they even had a handy stand of umbrellas to borrow if needed. We did not stay long enough to try out the gym or library this time, but it's nice that they are there. Cons? - Our shower was nice looking, but it had transparent walls, and was not in a separate bathroom. There was an opaque design covering the part of the shower where one's private body parts would be, but it might be awkward to use if one were staying with friends. (It could be nice with a romantic partner, though!) - The location might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. My recommendation in that case would be to look for a place down the hill where it's a bit flatter, and
