Wir waren Anfang Juli im Hotel und es war ein schöner Familientrip. Uns hat im Hotel am meisten der Outdoor pool gefallen und das Kinderprogramm. Da gab es mitunter auch Spiele wo wir zusammen mit unseren Kindern gespielt haben. Die Kinder hatten die gaze Zeit Spaß. Es gab sogar einmal Feuerwerk und eine DJ-Party, das war ebenfalls a nice extra. Zum Zentrum brauchten wir mit dem Auto ca. 15-20min und zum Strand zu Fuß nur ca. 15 min vom Hotel aus.

Ich war hier mit einer Freundin und es hat uns sehr gefallen! Zur Promenade und zum Strand hatten wir es auch immer recht kurz, ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal hat mir auch gerne mit Wegbeschreibungen geholfen. In der Nahe gibt es viele Supermärkte, Wechselstuben und viele kleine Shops. Geht unbedingt in der Nähe zur Bar Daquiri der Inhaber kann deutsch. Das Essen im Hotel auch richtig lecker, es gibt immer eine reiche Auswahl. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Spa Bereich, den ich unbedingt beim nächsten mal ausprobieren muss.

Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Für besondere Anlässe lassen wir uns gerne im Spa-Bereich verwöhnen und genießen einzigartige Atmosphäre und Gastfreundschaft neben einer hervorragenden Küche die für jeden etwas zu bieten hat. Wir bedanken uns beim Team für diese wunderbare Zeit und komme gerne wider.

We were very disappointed with our stay and the cleanliness of the hotel. I have attached photos that speak for themselves. I complained daily when we first got there and my room was still not cleaned. It does not have daily house keeping and we had to chase them to change our beds or towels. The food was below average and this is certainly not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best. What was great about this hotel was the sea view, the bar staff and the kids entertainment. Without this I think our holiday would have been a disaster. We also booked with Balkan and they didn't have enough seats for our hotel transfer and my 6 year old son had to sit on the floor in a cramped minibus.

We have been coming to the sea at the Apollo Hotel for three years, but this year 2023. we are not satisfied either with the cleanliness of the hotel or with the food. Only the pools were well maintained.

A very good hotel for the value money. The staff is friendly, it is obvious that they are tired, but they still provide good service. There are no complaints against the hotel, there are questions for guests who behave unacceptably, accusing the hotel of inconsistency.
