Amazing place, you can feel in the apartment like at home, owners are very nice and friendly. View from apartments is breathtaking. I recommend stay there much more than in crowdy Zakopane. Apartament is fully equipped and modern. For sure I will back there.

We’ ve been in Osada for 7 days, in 6 person apartment. Everything was great. This was our first visit in summer , and I hope- not last! Now I can trully say that Osada is a great place to visit in every part of the year, especially with kids. Thanks for the stay and see you soon!:)

We've been there 10 days. Flying from Oslo to Warsaw and then, driving to Koscielisko. The main highlight of this place is not being situated in Zakopane (very crowded) and the stunning views of the lower Tatra mountains. Unfortunately, the house and its fittings+equipment are starting to show its age. The biggest downside for us, however, was having this magnificent view stolen by dozens of cars, which are parked in front of the houses in large numbers. It is typical in Poland that cars steal most of the living space but living in Norway for years now, I kind of forgot about it. Both the upper and lower parking lots are arranged in a way that house residents are blocking each other, meaning they have to free space and repark quite frequently to allow a neighbour to leave. This in itself isn't such an issue, but it create others. The upper parking lot is also a path for your children to the very little playground at the lower level (really tiny - cars are well taken for, children are NOT at all), so you will see your children slaloming and navigating among ultra-big Warsaw-plated SUVs very often. If you want my advice and my return with friends there, the upper parking lot should be taken away from cars, and the space redesigned as green terrain for children to play. Sacrifice the parking please to give our children and adult more breathing room and open green space to live in, please. Thank You! PS. Koscielisko is very close to the Slovakian border crossing of which I strongly recommend to anyone wishing for a quality walking and cycling trips, along with the much better waterpark facilities just across the border.

Osada Kościelisko przepiękna lokalizacja, super miejsce wypadowe jeśli chodzi o Zakopane, trasy turystyczne, blisko do Term Chochołowskich. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą dziękujemy za super pobyt, było cudownie. Polecamy

Fajny apartament z kominkiem, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania. Piękny widok na góry. Plus za pralkę! Super lokalizacja blisko do centrum i Zakopanego a jednocześnie bardzo spokojna okolica. Bardzo polecam wszystkim!! A ja mam nadzieje, że wrócimy w lipcu na dłużej :)

Hej . Właśnie wróciliśmy z tego pięknego i urokliwego miejsca na ziemi . Pierwszy raz byliśmy zimą,po prostu magia,widok z tarasu zapiera dech w piersiach, kominek umila wieczory, kawa z expressu z rana mmm..... więc tak pokoje-czyste zadbane,salon z widokiem, kominkiem,i całym AGD, łazienka duża , zapewnione kosmetyki. Właściciele sympatyczni i pomocni . mogłabym pisać i pisać.polecam bardzo, napewno wrócimy.

Mając tak piękny, panoramiczny widok na Tatry chciałbym budzić się tam codziennie i pić kawę na tarasie. Oczywiście widok nie jest jedyną atrakcją, już sama chałupa sprawia wrażenie i zasadniczo jest przytulna. Ciepłe i przyjemne w dotyku drewno, wygodne łóżko, wnętrze pachnące lekko drewnem i dymem z kominka, to coś, czego w mieście raczej nie mamy. Całość apartamentu urządzona przytulnie i z gustem. Wszędzie jest wzorowo czysto. Podłoga z drewna sosnowego jest tak ciepła, że można chodzić boso. Drewniana podłoga ma małą wadę - nie jest dobrym izolatorem akustycznym, więc wszyscy goście powinni zachowywać się kulturalnie i dyskretnie. Cóż więcej? Śpi się rewelacyjnie będąc otoczonym drewnianymi ścianami, na wygodnym, drewnianym łóżku. Woda w łazience leci bardzo szybko ciepła, w kuchni jest wszystko, co potrzeba, telewizor działa i generalnie jest jak w domu lub nawet lepiej. To oczywiście tylko moje wrażenia nabyte po sezonie o okraszone ładną pogodą. Polecam
