Friendlich willkommen, sauber, geräumig Zimmer. Betten und Kissen waren großartig. Kann einige Hall-Geräusche (Kinder, Hund) und TV und Dusche von der nächsten Tür hören, aber ziemlich minimal. In der Lage, das Zimmer sehr dunkel zu machen, was bedeutet, dass wir groß geschlafen haben. Nichts zum Frühstück, aber frisches Kaffee auf Nachfrage in der Lobby war sehr geschätzt. Will wieder bleiben.

This was a terrible experience, booked two rooms through Expedia and they only allowed us one room, stated that there was no reservation for a second room even after we showed documentation and proof that two rooms were booked. Stated they had rooms available on Friday and Sunday but none on Saturday. Saturday they informed us that another room was available for more than double the price we initially booked it for and said there was no way they could change the price to the price we booked it for - this offer was declined as we booked the room for $130 and they wanted to charge $299 not including fees. A reservation was made for Sunday and we were informed that we would be able to check in much earlier than 3 pm since we now had a share one bathroom to four people, when I went to go check in Sunday morning to get our room the man at the desk refused to allow us to check in early and that we had to wait until 3pm. We were there for the railbird music festival and we had left the hotel before 3pm and didn’t return until 3am, at this point there was no reason to book a separate room and pay money since they refused to allow us to check in early after being told Saturday we would be able to. We were not informed of any cancellation policy and no information was given, therefore, we did not cancel the reservation and we were still charged for the room. I can admit that I should’ve read into the cancellation policy and should’ve cancelled but due to them not taking my contact information and don’t remember them taking my card information, I didn’t think it was a solid reservation. Either way, this was a terrible experience and do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was nice, but we could hear the person next door sneezing, plus road noise from I-75. The internet was erratic. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming, and breakfast was considerably better than the typical Fairfield fare!

Das Best Western Plus Georgetown bietet saubere Zimmer und freundliche Service alle zu einem vernünftigen Preis (aber wie andere Dinge sind die Motelpreise gestiegen). Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Einrichtung.

Sparkling sauber. Jennifer und Teresa, die zweiten Schicht-Vorderbüro-Gesellschaftsdienste, waren die Bombendigitat. ❤️ Die Lage ist in der Walking-Ferne von Geschäften und Restaurants. Unsere Kinder lieben den Schwimmbad. Sachen, die ich nicht verrückt war: das Bett, das reichhaltige Frühstücksgebiet, laute Gäste (Schlammtüren bei 5am!), grüchig Front Desk-Betreuer (morgen), Karten deaktiviert und Lichter auf uns im Poolbereich NICHT Check-out Zeit.
