We had a problem checking in we had paid for two days in advance. We got stuck on plane due to Snow so we didn’t arrive to the motel till the next day they canceled our reservation because she said we should’ve called well. We couldn’t we spent seven hours in the plane on the tarmac she said since we didn’t call by midnight they canceled both nights reservations, which were prepaid, then they had to rebook us new rooms and tried to charge us even more money the staff person was very unprofessional. We were tried it was 6 o’clock in the morning of the next day. we had already lost money due to getting stuck on a plane for 7 1/2 hrs for our room because we lost out on Friday. We had not had nothing to eat . We had to argue with the woman at the desk, who really didn’t even care. In total three different rooms were booked for family and had been prepaid. We were staying there for two nights before we left on our cruise but will definitely never stay there again. We enjoyed the café downstairs for the one meal we ate. The rainforest was nice. The pizza place was horrible. The motel was very pretty and nice but the service was absolutely a joke. Also the ice machine and the Coke machine on our floor didn’t even work.
