Lovely historic boutique hotel , staff very friendly and always willing to help , the hotel is situated within walking distance of all attractions , the superior room we had was large and immaculately clean , the little touches added to our stay fruit and sweet treat on arrival and a gift from the owner in the room !!
Overall a very enjoyable stay

Personalen på hotellet var mycket tillmötesgående och gjorde vistelsen väldigt trevlig. Hotellet ligger bra till, nära stationen och gamla stan.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Nice rooms with old refinished furniture. Some cabinet doors don’t quite close. Tiny elevator. Nice sunporch and breakfast buffet. Frescos on our room ceiling. Claw foot tub with shower attachment but no shower curtain. AC had not been turned on yet. 2 large window for ventilation, but no screens. Great location. Very nice, courteous, helpful staff. Spent 3 nights and would stay here again.

Our experience at the hotel was simply amazing. The hotel is a preserved palazzo, and the decoration is beautiful. The location is great, we managed to go to all main touristic attractions by foot. Our room was very comfortable and with a lot of space, not to mention the amazing view that we had of Santa Maria Novella! Also, special thanks to the staff, everyone was very kind and helpful, and we met a fellow Brazilian among the staff, that was super welcoming!

Excellent hotel!!! Just a couple of minutes walk from all the action downtown , this place is outstanding for price/value. Set in a luxurious typical Italian style, room was gorgeous, spacious, super clean and very comfortable . Breakfast was included and Omg was it was amazing! The staff goes out of their way to make sure that we have the greatest experience. We even had an early check in upon our arrival and the were able to leave our luggage there for thé on our departure ! I strongly recommend!

Fabulous place to stay in Florence. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond, from the breakfast attendants to the front desk. Good selection of food, meats & cheeses, cereals, some random other things and lots of pastries. Lovely glass enclosed dining area, the courtyard would be a great place to eat with better weather. Location is great, none of the must see sites are more than a 15/20 minute stroll. Train station and car rental facilities are a 5 minute walk. It was a rainy week for us and there was always plenty of umbrellas for guests to use.
