Der Service ist sehr gut, nur dass das Zimmer ziemlich dunkel ist, weil sie nur 2 Tischlampen neben dem Bett haben und das ist alles. Service Team ist nett genug, um uns eine andere Fußbodenlampe zu bringen.

Ausgezeichnete Aussichten, wir hatten den Swan & Waterfront Park als unser Zimmer mit Blick. Sehr nützlich für Bushalter gehen beide Richtung, und Komfort-Shops in der Nähe. Frühstück war großartig, aber wir betrügen und gingen nach The Hyatt nebenan zum Abendessen als Treatment. Ausgezeichnete Dusche und Bett war komfortabel.

Die Umgebung ist gut, natürlich ist der Pool sehr gut, aber der Pool ist  zu tief. Der Verkehr ist gut, 5 Minuten sind zu nehmen, können Sie  kostenlose Katzenbus (rote Katze) sitzen. Das WiFi-System kann nicht. Die gute Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut.

Booked 2 adults & 1 child 12 & under (I wasn't required to specify age on booking site - my girl is 12). On arrival a rude & arrogant receptionist told us we only had twin beds provided as ”a child usually means a baby”?! He did eventually change us to a 4 bed room. Upon entering our shoes stuck to the dirty floor in the kitchen area. ,There was a grubby uncleaned portable cooktop, the table and surfaces throughout the room had sticky patches & drink rings. The bathroom was grotty with what appeared to be never- cleaned grout & a dirty basin. The ironing board collapsed when pressure (i.e. the iron) was applied to it. We used one of the token operated washing machines for guests & had to rewash elsewhere as everything stunk. The only redeeming features here were a good cooked breakfast & lovely housekeeping staff.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just doesn’t deserve a great rating. The location is good and the rooms a big. I did get an upgrade to a suite, but everything is very dated. On my window, they had masking tape which I suspect was to avoid wind whistling through. That’s not a really great look though. Check in was a disaster. Admittedly it was Friday evening and there was a lot of people arriving for the weekend, but clearly they weren’t planning their staff needs properly and it was ridiculous. Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.

Dies ist mein 4. Aufenthalt in den letzten 12 m. Ich mag, wie zentral es ist in East Perth. Zimmer sind geräumig mit sauberen Badezimmern und Küchenbereich mit Mikrowelle. Es gibt eine gute IGA 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt gute sichere Parkplätze.

Parken ist ein Problem, du musst dein Glück versuchen Das größte Problem ist der Aufzug. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken ist immer ein Aufzug kaputt. Das Personal benutzt oft den Aufzug mit den Gästen. Im Aufzug stapeln sich alle Werkzeuge der drei Putzfrauen, und nur drei Gäste können einsteigen. Infolgedessen müssen Sie sich anstellen, um in den Aufzug zu gelangen, und die Hardware und der Preis stimmen extrem nicht überein. Die Lichter sind schwach und das heiße Wasser kommt erst nach zwei Minuten, ist ein kleines Problem. Zusamenfassend, Außer zum Frühstück ist es hier nicht zu empfehlen, nie wieder hin

Meine Familie von 5 blieb 6 Nächte in Mantra on Hay in der 2 bedroom-2toilet Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung sah aus wie die Bilder, obwohl die Toiletten ein wenig datiert sind und die Wasserleitungen ein wenig laut werden. Insgesamt ist es immer noch eine gute Erfahrung und meine Familie hatte einen großen Aufenthalt. :)

[Overall] The stay was a relatively pleasant one, despite some areas for improvement. [Location] The aparthotel was quite well-situated. There is a bus-stop a stone's throw from the door, and it was within acceptable walking distance to some of the good food and attractions such as Elizabeth Quay. However, do be mindful if you are driving to the aparthotel as the entrance can be easily missed. [Services] The reception staff were relatively friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping unit might need some improvement in terms of attentiveness. While they have cleaned the place relatively well, they missed on some others e.g. shampoo and shower soap were not topped up, and so on. [Areas for improvement] - If you drive, the car park arrangements are not actually friendly. The car park is situated about 10 minutes from the aparthotel, and slightly uphill. This has caused much inconvenience. While they do have a temporary lot at the premise for a short 5-min stop, it does pose issues when there is an existing vehicle which already took the slot. The management should consider availing the parking at its premise to hotel guests. - While it is an aparthotel, I opined that bottled water could still be provided to guests especially when we first checked-in and had to wait for water to boil and chilled before we could grab some drinks.
