In the fifteen+ years of traveling for work, this was one of my very top hotel experiences! The hotel itself is great, and then add to it the outstanding customer service from every single staff member. My king room on the 6th floor was clean, large and comfortable. The only thing missing would have been a microwave in room as I typically have most meals in my room for health, time and financial reasons. However, they had two microwaves that were accessible downstairs in the lobby. I woke up in the mornings without back pain, which always tells me the quality of the bed. The bathroom was large, clean and had a great shower (no tub) with a rain head as well as a handheld sprayer. I didn't use the coffee maker other than to heat water through it to make my own coffee. Here, a Keurig would have come in handy, but I checked in advance, so I brought my own. Noise. What noise? None!! It was incredibly quiet and made for a great night's sleep - that is once I could turn off the Showtime and Netflix that was offered on the TV. The 6th and 7th concierge floor came with a lounge that's on the first (lobby) level. They had real eggs (!) and real bacon (!!) in the mornings along with other options, evening Hors D'oeuvres that were ok, and they said desserts later at night but I never checked those out. The lounge was closed on the weekends, but they gave a coupon for the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. It's all these things that make for such a great stay! Even the elevators were fast and had clean carpet. The gym looked good but I never had time to try it. My meeting room: we had about 50 people. Banquet staff was wonderful and made everything easy. On the first day they were helping me set up my microphone and projector, and checked in on subsequent days to make sure all was going well. There were large groups next to us and though we could hear them a bit, it wasn't too disruptive and we felt well taken care of throughout the seminar. The room was large, clean and temperature was good. Best for last: I realized on day #3 and #4 that I wasn't congested at all. Typically, by then I have a bit of ”hotel congestion/allergies” from cleaning products, hotel air, etc., but I had absolutely no reaction to this hotel! So, whatever products they are using for cleaning and laundry are clean and also, fragrance free. No weird or strong smells. The staff!! From start to finish, they were exceptional! Big thank you to Joey and Tim who both went out of their way to accommodate. The others, though I don't have names, were also amazing. Thanks so much!

Das Hotel war mit 3 guten Dingen ausgestattet: das komfortable Bett, die neue Dusche w/kühl drain und das kostenlose Frühstück. Es gab jedoch mehrere schlechte Dinge, die den Aufenthalt weniger als der Durchschnitt machten: Zimmer nicht bereit bei der Eincheckung, Zimmer vergeben wurde fehlte Mikrowelle und Toilettensitz war nicht sauber (hatte Spots & Haare), Das Fenster im Zimmer war naiv (kann auch nicht da sein, da Sie nicht durch sie sehen konnten), die Müll war überall Parkplatz und blieb dort alle 4 Tage, die Rücktür war offen gegenüber. mit dem Gastschlüssel zu öffnen, und keine COVID-Protokolle waren vorhanden, Das Hotel ist in Renovierungen, so hoffentlich sind die Fenster auf der Liste, aber sie sagten, dass die Zimmer auf meinem Stockwerk fertig waren. Der Preis muss etwas niedriger sein, um für die erfahrene Qualität und Unreinigkeit beobachtet zu bleiben. Ich habe es auf Hilton-Umfrage 4/10 bewertet, so ist es ein 2/5.

Dies war ein toller Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Preis. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, ist, dass das Zimmermädchen das Zimmer vor dem Einchecken nicht gründlich gereinigt hat, weil ich innerhalb einer Stunde nach unserer Ankunft eine leere Wasserflasche unter der Couch gefunden habe. Ich übernachte immer lieber in Embassy Hotels wegen des warmen Frühstücks und des Abendempfangs. Natürlich gab es wegen COVID nur ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen und der Abendempfang war nichts wie die „Pre-COVID“-Tage. Uns wurden nur 2 Dosenbier/Stück plus eine Tüte Chips angeboten. Ich verstehe, warum die Dinge so sind, wie sie sind. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dieses Hotel definitiv Hygieneartikel wie Tücher an den Aufzügen und Händedesinfektionsmittel in den öffentlichen Bereichen bereitstellt. Sie versuchten, Familien daran zu hindern, sich in öffentlichen Bereichen zu versammeln, weil sie keine Masken trugen, aber sie schafften es trotzdem. Es waren einige sehr rücksichtslose Leute da, aber das spiegelt nicht das Hotel wider. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, denn die Gegend war sehr ruhig und das Hotel war wirklich schön.

Selbst in der Docu Sign Welt war es ein Wunsch, für ein Wochenende wie vor der Pandemie herauszukommen. Also im vergangenen Monat Treasure Island, dieses Monat Beckley Künstler und Freunde in Columbus war eine gute Entschuldigung. Ein großes Hotel mit einem Personal, das so freundlich ist, vor allem Sarah hat immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht und so sehr hilfreich wir nur eine Nacht geblieben und hatten ein wunderbares Frühstück und unser Zimmer war gut, aber sicherlich in diesem Bereich wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Das Zimmer ist OK, zwei Betten scheinen nicht schwach. Der Schalterkontakt am Bettkopf ist sehr bequem konzipiert. Die Schalterposition ist an den Orten, an denen sie auf dem Bett liegen, und es gibt einen bequemen Mobiltelefon. Die Bettwäsche und die Schalen sind auch bequem. Diesmal lebte es 12 Nächte und es gab keine Schließungen in den Mittelpunkten.
