Das Hotel ist schön und in einer guten Lage auf der 4. Straße. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars zu essen, aber sicher zu reservieren. Die Betten waren komfortabel, die Blätter waren sehr starr und es gab keinen dicken Komfort. Parkplatz kann ein wenig verwirrend sein, mehr Signal muss sichtbar sein, weil der Kellner und alles andere ist die Parkgarage schwer zu sehen. Wir hatten ein größeres Fahrzeug und mussten eine andere Parkgarage benutzen, und wegen des gesamten Valet im Vorderteil konnten Sie nicht sehen, wo die Parkgarage war, deshalb schlossen wir uns in der öffentlichen Parkgarage auf der Straße. Das Hotelpersonal war gut darüber und erhielt uns für das Hotelparkplatz zurück, so dass wir nicht doppelt gezahlt wurden. Eines, was ich bemerkte, dass es für die Besucher eine große Hilfe wäre, ist mehr Signatur im Hotel und Parkgarage. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und alle Etagen sehen gleich aus, so dass Sie ganz umgedreht werden können, mit welchem Tower Sie gehen oder wo die Restaurants liegen. Es wäre zum Beispiel gut, in den Aufzügen ein Signal zu haben, damit Sie wissen, welche Etagen Zugang zu welchen Restaurants/Skywalk haben. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und wird hier wieder bleiben.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und hatte keinen komischen Geruch (was ich schätze). Die Interstate ist aus einem Gebäudeteil, dem 100er, hörbar, aber die anderen Räume wären wahrscheinlich leiser. Es gibt einen rund um die Uhr geöffneten Fitnessbereich mit Zugang von außen. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffee, Bügeleisen, Fön und WLAN. Auch wenn Sie ein Ersthelfer sind, fragen Sie unbedingt nach dem RABATT! ️

Ein paar Kinks...Niemand hat uns gesagt, wie wir in und aus dem Hof kommen, so dass wir dachten, wir waren in unseren Schwimmbads verschlossen... Glücklich hatten wir unseren Schlüssel gebracht und die Tür gefunden, die aus dem Hof führte in eine andere Tür. Hello, my name is Kimberly Grable and I am a Travel Advisor. I was in Louisville, Kentucky for a baseball tournament that was at Spalding University. I travel at least three weekends a month for either business or family events. With me on this trip was my daughter who is 12 yrs old. We stayed in a non-smoking two queen bed room. Upon checking in we walked in to see the front desk lady leaned over the counter on her personal cellphone. The lobby area was just a few tables and chairs used for breakfast and then a few chairs by the TV. It wasn't very inviting as everything was crowded and in one area. Nothing like the website shows. I processed to check in and was told a completely different amount than my email from when I reserved the room. That lady didn't say a word just walked away and another lady came to take care of it. After showing my emails, which she said was a receipt from something else (even thought it showed the name of the hotel and dates) I got charged the current rate not the rate on my email. I asked about my discounts and was told that you couldn't use discounts since I was a reward member. I asked about my travel agent information and she said yes it was reserved by Magical Vacation but that doesn't matter!!! Very unprofessional and rude from both Front Desk ladies, and when I asked for the business card of the manager she stated here I'll give you mine and the managers, I'm the front desk manager!!!! Both names on the card was Shannon. We received our room keys and room number 423 and got on the elevator to go to the room. Entering the room it had a musky smell and you could tell it wasn't recently cleaned. The room was plain and no decorations but two pictures. The bathroom was ok, no blow dryer like stated on website and the cleanness of the tub was half done ( you could see the ring mark and there was hair on the shower curtain. The room had a small TV, microwave, and refrigerator. We could not use the thermostat due to it being broken, and the main unit made loud noises when turned on. The one bed had hair on it and sheets didn't look or smell clean. Both beds was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in them. You could hear every little noise from the hallway and outside, not a quite hotel. The breakfast was nothing like stated on the website!!! There was just a few choices and no fruit besides apples. An older lady was working the breakfast area and made rude comments to many guests like if you aren't going to eat it don't take it, or that's not how you do it!!! Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I noticed at least 6 guests walk away with no breakfast and complaining about it. There was a younger lady named Izzy who did show respect and asked how our stay was and thanks for coming but that was it. I have to say that this stay was one of the worse Hampton Inn's that I've been at. I definitely will not be staying here again. Yes it is by Interstate 65 but hard to get to and leave from. I hope this review

Als ich eine Suite mit den zwei Zimmern für 4 Erwachsene online reservierte, hatte ich keine Probleme, aber als ich ins Zimmer ging, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Zimmer nur für 3 Erwachsene war. Ich habe nichts gesagt, weil einer der Erwachsenen aufhörte zu arbeiten und nicht bei uns kommen konnte. Für mich ist das falsch, es hätte mir nicht erlaubt sein, online zu buchen, wenn das Zimmer nur für 3 Erwachsene war. Wenn der andere Erwachsene hätte kommen, hätte ich zwei Zimmer? Mit den beiden Zimmern und dem Klimaanlagen im Schlafsofa war es extrem kalt im Schlafsofa, aber weil es nur ein kleiner Wind war, um Luft im Hinterzimmer zu bekommen, wäre es warm zurück da. Keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur zu regulieren, wo jeder bequem sein könnte. So die Person, die auf dem Schuh auf dem Träger schlief, so dass die Menschen im Schlafzimmer nicht schwitzen würden. Betten waren extrem unbehaglich. Das Eis/Snack-Bereich war nicht Temperaturkontrolliert, so war es dort extrem heiß!! Wie nehmen Sie Ihre Atemwarm, wenn Sie ins Geh. Die Dinge, die wir über das Zimmer gefallen hatten, waren die Größe und die geräumige Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank und dem großen Tisch, obwohl die Stühle gefärbt und eine Reinigung nutzen konnte. Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig mit einem kleinen Vanitätsbereich und schönen Größenschrank. Es war ruhig, wir hörten keinen anderen Gast. Alles war sauber, außer den Fliesen auf den Stuhl. Obwohl wir die Größe des Zimmers geliebt haben, würde ich nicht wieder in einem Candlewood bleiben, nur wegen der unkomfortablen Betten und nicht in der Lage, die Temperatur im Schlafzimmerbereich zu regulieren.
