Viele englischsprachige Touristen scheinen sich durch das brutale Personalverhalten in diesem Hotel und in Frankreich im Allgemeinen geirrt zu haben. Sie wissen nicht, dass es sehr frustrierende sein muss, dass das Personal jeden Tag mit Menschen konfrontiert wird, die zu unwissend sind, die die lokale Sprache zu sprechen und sich nicht einmal dafür entschuldigen. Ich wiederhole hier, dass ich immer von der arroganten und selbstabsorbierten Haltung dieser britischen Touristen schockiert bin. Das sagte, ich genieße immer noch die Lage, Lage, Dekoration, Willkommen, Service, Lebensmittel, Bar, Pool und alle anderen Dienstleistungen dieses Hotels.

Nahe der Ausfahrt Straßen zum Autobahn und auch zum Tramhalter, wenn Sie in die Stadt gehen wollen. Ein ausgezeichneter Ort zu bleiben.

Modern und sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer klein aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich aber doch größere Zimmer empfehlen. Das Frühstück hatte sicher für jeden etwas dabei, wer aber gerne ein ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet genießt ist hier falsch. Ich würde bei einer weiteren Tour durch Frankreich für einen Besuch in Reims wieder auf dieses Hotel zurückgreifen.

Genau das, was wir wollten - ein sauberer, funktioneller Ort, um unsere Kopfe zu legen. Die 24-Stunden-Check-in bedeutet keine Sorge, dass man da zu einer bestimmten Zeit aus dem Vereinigten Königreich kommt, die unschätzbar ist. Nahe der Autobahn, aber weit genug, um nicht laut zu sein.

We stayed in this hotel as a 1 night stopover. This was our first and last time in a Premiere Classe hotel (can’t understand how they are able to use this name as first class it was not). My daughter’s bed had faeces stains on the sheets. There were animal hairs on one of the other beds. The room smelt damp. The bathroom was dirty and there was no soap. The beds were fairly comfortable however our sleep was very disturbed as the hotel is like a giant shipping container so every time anyone closes their door the entire hotel shakes and the only way to lock your door is to bang it very loudly. This went on through the night. We were on the ground floor so we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms above us- people going to the toilet, talking, walking around. There were no complimentary toiletries or tv (as advertised) and no plug sockets for charging phones or laptops. We didn’t feel entirely safe as the doors open to the outside and unlike other French budget hotel chains there was no fencing around the car park. The complimentary breakfast was a positive (we were able to use plates unlike a previous reviewer) as was the room price and its proximity to the motorway but in future we will pay a bit more and stick to Ibis or Ibis budget hotels.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr schön. Küche ist auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind schalldicht.Die Lage ist perfekt, nur den Park dw****n und Sie sind in der Stadt. Der geschlossene Parkplatz (vorbehalten) ist auch ein großer Pluckpunkt ! Ihr Bett wird nicht gepflegt, aber das ist kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist sehr begeistert. Es waren noch ein paar Mini-Schokolade Brot und die Endpunkte eines kleinen Brot. Wir waren mit 4. Es war niemand in der Umgebung zu sehen, um es zu melden. Also ist das Frühstück für das, was man bekommt.

Hôtel réservé par l'entreprise pour ma formation. Très agréablement surpris par un super accueil de la part de Clara, qui s'est mis en 4 pour accéder à mes demandes, notamment concernant les bouteilles d'eau lol. Paolo et Lola ont été très à la hauteur également : toujours serviables et agréables, même si les clients n'ont pas toujours été corrects : j'étais présent à ce moment là. Petit déjeuner excellent et repas du soir également. Bref, je recommande chaudement.
