No geral foi uma ótima experiência, já tinha frequentado o hotel ano passado e vi que mudou totalmente melhorou em vários aspectos, inclusive limpeza, e qualidade dos colchões e também melhorou muito no café!

Hotel limpo porém mais antiquado. Trabalhar aqui não é possível, pois a internet é muito ruim e instável. Cama ruim e faz muito barulho.
Shampoo e sabonetes incluídos, mas não são muito bons. A localização é no centro de Porto Alegre, portanto vai do interesse de quem se hospedar.
O café da manhã é tradicional de hotel e possui boa variedade de pães, mas não espere nada em especial.
Os funcionários sempre foram muito gentis.
Para viagens de apenas lazer eu voltaria, mas para trabalho não, porque não há espaço próprio para isso e a internet não é confiável.

Academia não tem nem janela ...nem ar-condicionado. Não me disponibilizaram uma coberta adicional. Lugar cheio de mofo e ácaro..não volto nunca mais.

Pontos positivos - boa localização para quem vai trabalhar no centro - aptos espaçosos - funcionários da recepção simpáticos Pontos negativos - hotel sem ar condicionado na recepção (muito quente) - limpeza deixou a desejar no apto (cortinas e cobertas pareciam que não haviam sido lavadas há muito tempo) - café da manhã sofrível - elevadores lentos Apesar do hotel ter estrutura para eventos, o restaurante não consegue atender a demanda.

Hotel localizado no centro histórico, onde as ruas são estreitas e os prédios são antigos. Atendimento e limpeza bons. Café da manhã pode melhorar, tanto na variedade de alimentos servidos como no espaço, que é pequeno para grandes grupos. O hotel é antigo e carece de reforma.

Al llegar solo había una recepcionista, situación que generaba demora. Nadie hablaba español.
Llegamos antes de tiempo y pedimos un espacio para descansar, amablemente nos cedieron la sala de juegos pero tenía un olor terrible a humedad y suciedad y todo el ambiente incluido muebles estaban deteriorados.
El personal muy amable y presto a ayudar. Pero el hotel necesita mantenimiento.
El ascensor fallaba.
