Hold on to your wallets! A house keeper of the hotel stole $400 cash, perfumes and creams, found my money wallet with my back up Visa credit card and Debit cards and cash. The was stolen and the employee took photos or wrote down the card info. The next morning I am notified by my bank of a $1,726 purchase with my debit card to a Dominican Airlines. Between the two cards they attempted over $9,000 of charges! The managements response was that we did not need to involve National Police because it wasn't a matter for them, when the first officers arrived tell them that they were not obligated to speak with them, and later say that they did they know if the credit card purchases (with the cards in MY possession) were not made by some unknown person from another country! Via video and the electronic card entry the thief was positively identified but we were not told what if any action was taken with this employee of the hotel. We didn't have hot water for showers for three days and had to make multiple contacts with the hotel to finally have it resolved, the safe did not work, it was not fixed after reporting it the second day nor anytime after the reported theft by their employee, two of the three spit a/c's did not work properly. One was fixed the one in the Livingroom never cooled. The security bolt in the entrance door did not work/engage. The manager had it repaired immediately after she responded to the apar**ent and the National Police were present. On a positive note the apar**ent was spacious and our room had a nice view of the port area. Obviously, I can not recommend the hotel for lack of security for their the guests nor for poor management.....

Very bad hotel its a scam look at the pictures you pay alot of money for this hotel almost €120 per night is so much overated.. I bin in many appartements but this one was the worsed one!!! They dont give money back for this crap. Dont book here!!! Breakfast is so simpel there is almost nothing to eat. The owner dont wan to invested in the property but ask to much for wat it is... Look at the pictures and you see it your self

1 Would rate Accommodation 1 very very poorly managed. Bed is hard like sleeping on floor. Free breakfast worst I have ever eaten. Stuck in elevator 30 minutes. Pool out of service no money to fix. 3 days no Hot water. Paid in cash Still waiting for invoice to be emailed. Honestly a joke.

Bueno a la llegada, el apartahotel se encontraba en remodelacion por lo cual nos llevaron a una oficina a mi manera de ver improvisada en el parqueadero, alli la atencion fue excelente no se puede negar, el check in no fue muy complicado mas bien fue agil, cuando nos asignaron la habitacion fue en el piso 11, entramos al apartaestudio y la vista espectacular de la bahia de Cartagena, encantador, amobaldo el apartaestudio, pero si uno se pone a examinar el mobiliario esta desgastado y realmente manchado, no se ve muy bien presentado la velocidad del internet me parecio excelente por lo cual fui a laborar por un dia y me senti a gusto con ello, la ventaja de la cocina alli me parecio excelente ya que uno se puede hacer algun pasabocas en menos de nada y que esta cerca un Olimpica y un Carulla entonces la zona es una zona bastante comoda para todo y muy cerca del centro, si nos vamos a la habitacion las puertas desgastadas realmente seria bueno un cambio por ello, el colchon de la cama muy duro realmente las dos noches que estuve no dormi muy bien por ese colchon es demasiado duro no pareciera de un hotel realmente, el baño, mucha gente aca ya lo ha comentado pero seria bueno que hubiera agua caliente, porque uno alli esta con aire acondicionado, esto es una falencia muy fuerte que lo vivi al leer anteriormente, seria bueno un cambio de baño porque ya se ve muy anticuado, punto a destacar, el aire acondicionado es personal tanto en la sala como en la habitacion, con el de la sala tuvimos realmente no fue necesario el otro, no es de ducto por lo cual si uno desea estar mas frio se puede, punto a favor tambien la vista desde la piscina y la zona de bbq es fantastica una panoramica de 360° de la ciudad, el desayuno delicioso realmente los dos desayunos que tuvimos fueron expectaculares punto a destacar bastante, la piscna muy pequeña realmente y con la limitacion de estar solo dos horas, estar a dos cuadras del mar uno puede ir a bañ**** al mar lo unico que le dicen es que cuando llegue no llegue escurriendo lo cual es logico en ese sentido porque ensuciar la recepcion si es pavoroso, en conclusion creo que puede mejorar bastante y ser un hotel top o al menos que mucha gente desee hosped**** pero presenta multiples falencias.
