Gotta say that the best things about this hotel are: its location and its breakfast. Staff is friendly. On the other side; rooms need refurbishment; TV is old, with few channels and sound problem. No hair drier (though it’s provided at reception if needed). Windows do not close properly so you can easily hear noise from the street.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Enganação. Café da manhã muito pobre e o chá tarde uma vergonha!! Quartos ruins, sucateados. Roupas de cama velhas e de má qualidade, O hotel está sucateado, o único ponto forte é o atendimento das pessoas da recepção. Não vale o que cobram, nem de longe..

Esperava mais, decepcionado. Alguns Funcionários atenciosos, mas hotel muito barulhento, as roupas de cama e toalhas velhas e manchadas Não aspiram o quarto principalmente para mim que sou alérgico, a cama toda empoeirada . infelizmente longe de ser o hotel frontenac no qual era cliente assíduo ,, as toalhas cheiram comida algumas vieram com manchas escuras o quarto quando cheguei não estava limpo, tive que avisar a governanta para que executas novamente , que não gostou muito. A calefação do meu quarto não estava funcionando direito ,tive que comprar um mini aquecedor É triste que o hotel esteja sim, a comida é boa, mas não servem mais fondue e nem feijoada aos sábados. Não levam Café no quarto, Só começaram a levar quando falei com o senhor Benedito que eu já conhecia do hotel Frontenac As diárias estão no mesmo valor que o hotel Frontenac, mas o serviço caiu muito.

Hotel bem localizado, ótimo atendimento, quarto excelente! Ficamos no anexo do hotel que é muito charmoso e parece uma vila suíça. O friozinho que faz na cidade dispensa o ar condicionado. Limpeza impecável, cama e roupas muito boas, chuveiro excelente.

Ficamos três noites no hotel. A localização, o café e o atendimento da maioria dos funcionários foram muito bons. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado na primeira noite. Nossa torneira do banheiro só saía água quente. O hotel é um pouco velho por dentro também.

Hotel com localização ótima, funcionários super educados e prestativos, quartos e estrutura são antigas mas são ótimas, limpas e super cuidadas! Os amenities são ótimos também, café da manhã completo e muito saboroso. O melhor realmente é a localização que fica a 2 minutos a pé do centro de Capivari, e não precisamos tirar o carro nem um dia para irmos ao centrinho! Única reclamação de todo o hotel é realmente a Tv que é bem antiga e não tem nenhuma plataforma, além de um pouco pixelada. Do restante, voltarei com certeza!
