Der Service sucht seines gleichen ! Vom housekeeping über den Gärtner bis hin zum Kellner. Alle sind stets freundlich und lesen einen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei miguel und Edson von der Pool bar. Die Location ist einzigartig. Die Zimmer luxuriös und sehr sauber.

Beautiful Property, gorgeous accommodations & the staff were so friendly. Everyone - it was a very Happy place to stay. We very much enjoyed the restaurant as well. The Chef even cooked our own fresh catch for us, & it was AMAZING! The location was perfect for us. Beach right outside, Marina just down the hill, excellent restaurants within walking distance. Our Bellmen, Hugo & Santiago were the cherry on top! Always smiling & greeting us. Knew our names & were always ready to help in whatever way we needed. We’ll be back!

I recently had the ultimate privilege of staying at the very posh Haciendas Kings view suite with my amazing partner. He booked us the suite thru Premier Properties. His main contact was Clint Suveges,the property manager of this gorgeous rental. He was so accommodating and helpful. We ordered a pre stocking service,and absolutely everything we requested was there waiting for us. Clint's assistant Nilda came to greet us and was just so lovely! I'd absolutely recommend the Hacienda and specifically the Kings view to everyone!!

We were recommended this resort through friends, and it is clear why this is the only place to stay in Cabo. The service is wonderful, and the food is delicious. It is a beautiful property, very relaxing and peaceful. We will absolutely be back .

I only have great things to say about my stay at Hacienda. Home was amazing and very well equipped and the staff was spectacular. Special names that stand out are Santiago, Juan and Jorge, our beach guy! Everyone went above and beyond with the customer service

This entire resort is beautiful and the staff is unbeatable!! The concierge are the sweetest most helpful and respectful gentlemen ever!!! Shout out to Juan, Salvador, Santiago, Tito, Hugo, and David!!! They all are the BEST!! Also, Lareyma is a wonderful property manager who is so helpful and kind! Love this place!!!

La Hacienda staff consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay here. They were efficient with our requests and above all, these are the nicest people you will ever meet. I could not have asked for a better experience on my vacation and highly recommend staying here! I’ve also never been to Cabo and felt incredibly safe with all the security measures in place.

The customer service was exceptional! We left the kids at home this time and we were looking for a relaxing trip couples trip with our friends, and that is exactly what it was! The staff Manny - setting us poolside Horhay - setting us up on the Beach & Raymundo - making sure we’re were well hydrated at the poolside bar! Along with the team at the Spa! Our massages were delightful and extremely relaxing! The team went above and beyond! Greeting us with a smile and making sure we had a very relaxing experience! Thank you! Wonderful resort with excellent staff. Jorge Gálvez made sure we had seats, umbrellas and sand toys set up for the family before we arrived each morning. Can’t recommend more. Food delivered to the beach of excellent quality by Sergio. Will return.
