Business Hotels in Hanoi

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es ist ein frisch renoviertes Hotel, also war alles neu und sauber. Einige Arbeiten sind noch im Gange, aber nicht so schlimm, dass es stören würde. Ein besonderes Lob gilt Patrick, der uns eine Liste mit Ausflugszielen gab und uns bei allen Fragen behilflich war.

Das Hotelzimmer ist insgesamt 47 Zimmer. Der Designer Bill Bensley integrierte das Operelement in alle Details des Hotels. Die offene Bar und die Bühne werden von der Bühne getrennt, und die Hintertür ist ein Vollzeitrestaurant. Die Spitze des Quadrats der Schnecken und die Ausstattung der Operplatte, die Farbszenen, die Mechanik, die Rekonstruktion und die alte Gegenstände der französischen Kolonien sind allesamt voll. Das Frühstück von Jupele wird nie enttäuschend sein, fast alle Ein-Punkt-Menüs sind einfache Augenblumen. Die erste Seite ist Vietnams eigenes Flusspulver, von unserem Land als die drei ersten Flusspulver-Nahrung bewertet werden, und andere traditionelle Speisen wie Sandwich-Pack. Auf westlicher Ebene ist das Frühstück mit frischem Fruchtgemüse und Rauchen Sandwich-Waffen in Frankreich sehr loyal. Alle Arten von Eiern, insbesondere Benedikt-Eier, sind sehr gut in die Infiltration gekommen. Sehr schön, Waffle-Waffen sind auch sehr lecker. Der Koch ist in Vietnam berühmt und kann im Hotel sehr schön essen, und die Reise ist sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der beliebten St. Joseph's Kathedrale und liegt perfekt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist extrem gut. Hervorzuheben ist das extrem aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Besonders Peter hat uns auch bei der Tourplanung sehr gut weitergeholfen (der Partner des Hotels für einen 2-Tages-Trip zu Halong Bucht ist auch sehr zu empfehlen).

Das Personal war super aufmerksam und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine hervorragende Variante. Es war super lecker! Es war großartig zu wissen, dass die Küche offen 24/7 obwohl mit einem speziellen Menü.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi and the customer experience was wonderful from end-to-end. Upon reaching the hotel we were warmly greeted by the reception team who had some welcome drinks and seamlessly checked us in. we enjoyed the view and our drinks from the Infinity bar. The reception staff looked after us well during our stay with exchanging currency for us. We would particularly like to recognise the concierge Huyen Tran who was truly remarkable with her customer service to us during our stay. She provided us with a wealth of information, guidance and handy tips for our stay in Hanoi. She gave us the timetable for Train Street and the recommended bar/restaurant to get a great view, recommended a number of shops where I could find a particular t-shirt that I was after, helped us with multiple currency exchanges, found my wife’s lost sunglasses that she had left in the ground floor bar and had then returned to our room on top of the mini bar, retrieved my wife’s scarf that she left at the poolside bar and had it waiting for her to collect. She even had bandaids for me to patch up my wound when I had cut my hand. Huyen, thank you so much. You were truly a delight to talk with and are truly an asset to the Accor group. Facilities wise, there was a lovely pool with the really cool Cabana Club bar next to it on level 4. Mangosteen restaurant put out a great breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of local, international and traditional breakfast options in a fine dining setting. Lounge 83 on the ground floor had really comfortable couches and a classy intimate setting playing soothing music in the background. Every day at 5pm they had Chocolate Hour where they put out a chocolate fountain and plenty of sweet treats all for free for hotel guests. The Classic King Room that we stayed in was very clean, well appointed with great amenities. The two most important things about the room were well addressed. First, the bed was so comfortable that we had a good night’s sleep and felt well rested. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Second, the shower had excellent water pressure, regardless of whether you used the traditional shower head or the rain shower (which was my preferred option), was instantly hot and was quite spacious. Feeling clean and feeling well rested are two of the most important aspects in my opinion. Location-wise, the hotel is very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Old Quarter, about 10 minutes walk from Train Street, 10 minutes from Lake Hoan Kiem, and only 200 metres away from one of the best restaurants in Hanoi which is Quan An Ngon. Every staff member that we interacted with at the hotel was friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. We really enjoyed our time at the Movenpick and look forward to returning there in the future. Gerade neu und schön renoviertes Hotel in der Altstadt von Hanoi gelegen. Super freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch am grandiosen Frühstücksbuffet. Einige Zimmer haben zwar nur Fenster zu begrünten Lichtschächten aber dafür ist es herrlich ruhig. Die Betten waren super bequem und alles sehr sehr sauber. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine schöne Roof Top Bar mit tollem Ausblick auf sie Stadt. Das Hotel ist ideal um für 2-3 Tage Hanoi zu erkunden. Die Attraktion „Train street“ ist übrigens in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Dieses Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage sehr zentral man erreicht alles zu Fuß das Personal ist exzellent ausgebildet sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit Tolles Frühstück und eine absolut geniale Rooftopbar Am Abreisetag hatten wir um 12:00 Uhr aus gecheckt danach noch eine Shoppingtour bei sehr hoher Temperatur und durften dann noch in Ruhe duschen und wurden noch auf Kaffee eingeladen bis unser Fahrer uns abholte Besonderer Dank geht an Ms Trần von der Rezeption und das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. Die Lage ist gut nahe 2 großer Mall. Ein wenig von Hanoi Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wird sehr reagieren auf das, was wir bitten. Das Haus ist komplett, da ich meine Waschmaschine machen wir gerade von Sapa zurückgekommen.

Tv채널 선택이 없습니다. 유투브로 실시간 생방송 한국뉴스를 볼 수는 있어요. 요리 해먹을게 아니기에 주방도구는 신경쓰이지 않았구요. 기본적인 도구는 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 매일 클린닝 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다. 큰타올이 몇개 있어 재사용했어요. 작은 타올이 있었음 했습니다. 와이파이는 잘 되었고 아파트 전용인듯 .방2개였는데 작은방은 사용할 필요가 없었어요. 그럭저럭 저렴하게 이용 잘 했고 빈콤센터가 단지내에 붙어있어 스타벅스 간단한 요기 장보기는 가능했었어요. 수영장은 있지만 이용하지 않았고 거기 주민들도 이용은 안하고 있었어요. 그랩앱으로 택시 부르고 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 롯데센터,롯데백화점까지 택시로 금방 갑니다. 저렴한 택시비로 가능. 선물은 대부분 롯데 센터를 이용했습니다. 길건너에 빅c마트도 있어 구경했는데 야채 과일은 싼편이고 선물용 가공식품은 롯데가 세일을 많이하기에 더 쌉니다. 호스트는 친절하게 바로바로 응대해주고 에어컨은 잘 작동했습니다. 다만 잘때 안방창문이 얇은지 소음이 좀 있었습니다. 잘 묵고 갑니다.
