I always stay in Yello Hotel Paskal Bandung nowadays because of its proximity to the mall and its compound is literally one stop shop for everything from dining, to entertainment, to relaxation and spa, etc. Perfect staycation place for long weekend when you don’t want to get stuck in the horrible Bandun traffic too. I have booked my next stay in this hotel for next year as well. Too bad there’s no free room upgrade despite staying there for 6 days and the free welcome drink ice tea that was superb was only served on Sunday for some reason. I forgot to put cleaning tag on the door and I could just whatsapp the hotel to get it done. When the aircon dripped water, they resolved it while I was away. All in all quite satisfactory service and location.

A very convenient location, right beside a big shopping mall. Many shops and eateries around the hotel too. Friendly staffs and clean room. Would highly recommend for business or leisure. But a lack of choice for the hotel breakfast.

My stay at YELLO Hotel Paskal Bandung was great. The service was warm, friendly and attentive, while the fantastic location made it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Good, clean hotel, nice staff, has everything you need, there is a swimming pool.

We had a comfortable stay. It would have been better if we were given some clothing hooks in the bathroom and hand soap, hand towels and facial tissue paper.

Hotel location is very convenient, as its inside paskal hyper square, so below the hotel there's mall and the parking area also very safety. And inside the area there're lots of restaurants worth to try! For the amenities is average, can borrow the hair dryer by call the room service and they will come to send it to our room.

Checked in 27 Jun and checked out 28 Jun Stayed there for 1 day vacation in Bandung Location is best, above the mall and a lot of attractions to explore around the area What I complained are : 1. Empty body soap in the shower, how did that even happened? I have to use the soap bar from the sink in the middle of shower. 2. There is no tissue in the room, I checked on the receptionist, she said, due to my room is standard, so there is no tissue in the room, only available toilet tissue in the toilet. Are you F serious?? come on now, tissue is just basic mandatory item, how much does it cost for you to not have tissue available for standard room. only available for deluxe room.

Great location the mall is literally a couple metres from the front door, great city views from the room, very clean rooms, service was on point definitely would recommend to others a great all round experience.
