Ich konnte mich nicht mal hier schlafen, sogar eine Nacht, der Geruch von Hundepee auf den Teppichen war schrecklich. Um ehrlich zu sein, ging ich ins Bad und sagte meinem Mann, wenn ich hier duschen würde, werde ich zu den nächsten Woolworths gehen und Bleich kaufen, um die Dusche (Soap Skum und Dusche Muck) überall zu blasen. Noch hatte keine Dusche dort! Und wenn das nicht war, um es zu erhöhen, gingen wir in die Küche, um Essen wegzuwerfen, war der Kühlschrank schmutzig. Habe eine Platte aus dem Schrank zu essen und es war nicht einmal richtig gereinigt ... sehr enttäuscht (wie die Fotos auf dem Internet zeigten ein sauberes Motelzimmer) nicht was wir auch angekommen ...

Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, das Zimmer ist recht ordentlich, das Licht im Bad ist etwas dunkel, die 24-Stunden-Rezeption, der Service ist in Ordnung, es gibt einen Parkplatz, aber da wir nicht gefahren sind, haben wir es nicht getan Verstehe, es gab keine Landschaft, weil es hohe Gebäude gibt, aber darunter gibt es leckere Restaurants und Supermärkte. Die Einkaufsstraße erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Viele Geschäfte umfassen Luxusgeschäfte, Restaurants, Bars. Es ist auch ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. I stayed here for 6 nights for a training course nearby. I was impressed overall. Room was clean, wifi was very fast with a strong signal and the room relatively was quiet, despite being near a busy main road. Rooms included a pod coffee machine too, with coffee pods free of charge from reception. Walking distance from Rocklea railway station (which is temporarily closed but has stationlink buses to to the next station up the line). Only minor quibble was that reception was sometimes closed earlier than the published hours. I would happily stay here again.

Hassle fee service and very good quality

Dieses Hotel ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Queen Street Mall und auch sehr nahe dem Schatz ******. Ich kam um 2:00 Uhr (die Check-in-Zeit), aber eine große Tour-Gruppe versuchte auch die Check-in-In. So habe ich meine Gepäckstücke hinterlassen und später zurückgekommen. Mein Zimmer war auf der Ebene 12 und am Rücken des Gebäudes gelegen. Da das Hotel gegenüber einem Bauplatz steht, war es weise, ein Zimmer mit dem Rücken dieses Gebäudes zu haben. Die Aussicht ist nichts außergewöhnliches - nur ein kleiner Hof mit höheren Gebäuden um das Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem komfortablen Sofa und Lampe zum TV (von der Entfernung). Das Internet wurde getroffen und vermisst. Es gibt zwei Verbindungen. Eine kostenlose mit niedrigeren Internetgeschwindigkeiten und ein anderes Netz für $5 mit höheren Geschwindigkeiten. Ich wurde beim Besuch der Empfangsbestätigung kostenlos Zugang zum höheren Geschwindigkeitsnetz erhalten. Die Internetverbindung war manchmal außergewöhnlich, aber oft ist sie ausgegangen und Sie müssen mehrere Male wieder angeschlossen werden. Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und die Dusche war mit Glastüren, statt mit Duschegarten bedeckt. Allerdings gibt es zwei Probleme mit dem Badezimmer. Das Toilette ist nicht zu viel Papier gewöhnt, und wurde oft blockiert. (glücklicherweise gibt es Bad-Schuhe zur Entblockung des Toilettes). Zweitens scheint es ein Problem mit der Abwasserunter dem Tau zu geben, das Wasser in den Badezimmerboden ließ. Hop auf die nassen Boden, mit Handtüchern, die ich über den Abwasser gelegt. Trotz dieser Probleme würde ich dieses Hotel noch empfehlen. Es ist ein gutes Geldwert in einer hervorragenden Lage.

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of April. Check in was quick and although we requested a quiet room, we were sadly given a room that faced onto a road and the helipad of the children’s hospital. So, the room was rather noisy from the traffic and from helicopter landing and taking off at night. Even with ear plugs on I could still hear the traffic. Room: Room 714 was very clean, it seems the Australian standards of cleanliness is much higher and better than at our previous Marriott stays in Cardiff, Wales and in Edinburgh, Scotland. Housekeeping at this hotel is very thorough at cleaning, as we didn’t feel any dust on the surfaces. My partner is blind and the first thing he does is touch the surfaces to get to know the layout of the room and he was impressed that tables, chairs & walls didn’t feel dusty. The housekeeping ladies always provided us with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily, as well as change the bed linen when requested. These ladies (day as well as evening housekeeping) are all lovely and friendly, requests for extra toilet paper, tissues, even slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste were promptly supplied with a smile. The housekeeping team at this hotel should be commended for keeping rooms/bathroom clean to a high standard. Reception: The ladies at reception Jess and other lady (who doesn’t wear a name badge) are efficient when checking people in however, they were not so friendly once you’ve checked in, they both came across as cold, sourpusses. Every day we went past reception and these 2 ladies never smiled or said hello. Once we initiated a hello and got a forced response. The male reception staff at night and on the days when the ladies were off are much better as they always greeted people as they walked past reception. Location: This hotel is perfectly located as it is close to all the restaurants in the Southbank and there’s lots to choose from. It is also about 2 mins walk to Goodwill bridge which connects to the Botanical Gardens. From this hotel everything is within walking distance, we walked to Queen Street shopping mall daily and it took us about 10 mins via Southbank parklands and crossing the bridge. We are not super fast walkers but we found everything in close proximity to this hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Australia next year.

Das Zimmer war ein kurzer Raum größere als ein Doppelbett mit sehr kleinem Bad und Dusche. Ich mag den Jug und Tee und Kaffee, aber verpasste ein Fenster. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem und es war für eine Übernachtung geeignet. Es gibt einen Bushaltestand fast umgekehrt und die Ansichten von den Klippen über die Straße sind erstaunlich

Ich blieb hier ein paar Monate für Arbeit in der Nähe. Hatte eine große Empfangsstelle von Personal. sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und einladend. Was während meiner Besuch blieb, war nichts zu viel Problem, immer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war perfekt, Stadtblick auf die Nacht vom Balkon war großartig. Zimmerausstattung gab mir alles, was ich für Kochen und Lagerung benötigt habe. Sauberkeit war überall im Besitz. Parken sicher. Ich liebe frühe Morgengänge und das war eine einfache Strecke zum Fluss für Übung. Ich denke, sie haben sogar perfektes Wetter für mich bestellt. Großes Hotel, gut gemacht 😊

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, obwohl die offizielle Eincheckzeit 18:30 ist, können sie spät einchecken. Guter Wert für Geld.
