Wir wurden auf unsere kürzlich gefahrene Reise nach Batam aktualisiert. i Hotel hat zwei Lagen.. in Nagoya Hill (wo wir geblieben) und Baloi. Das Nagoya-Eigentum befindet sich in der Nähe des Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. Es gibt eine Seitentür, die mit Zimmer-Key-Karte verschlossen und zugänglich ist, zum und vom Shopping Centre. Dies macht es sehr zugänglich und bietet zusätzliche Sicherheit außer zu Fuß durch die Straße. Der Zugang zum Hotel über das Fahrzeug wird an der Haupttür geprüft, bevor das Sicherheitspersonal die Tür öffnet. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist höflich. Da wir nur für 2-nights da waren, brauchten wir keine Zimmerreinigung. Am frühen Nachmittag des zweiten Tages erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass mein Zimmer das Licht der Keine Störung hat und nur zu bestätigen wollte, wenn wir Zimmer Make-up brauchen. So ein überdenklicher Service! Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine breite Palette. Ich würde vorschlagen, das Frühstück zu bekommen, bevor sie für den Tag ausgehen. Sie haben 2 Kaffeemaschinen, die etwa 15 verschiedene Getränke machen. Nur eine Vorsicht, dass sie auf die süßere Seite fahren. Im Buffet gibt es auch einen Eierzähler, der Ihre Eier umeletten, über leicht oder weich kocht. Das Einkaufen von Mahlzeiten und Einkaufszentren ist bequem. Neben dem Nagoya Hill, zu dem Sie leicht gehen können, sind andere Malle wie das Grand Batam Mall und Lebensmittelgerichte wie A2 und Nagoya Food Court leicht zugänglich von Grab. Kosten sind ungefähr IDR21, 600.00. Von Batam Ferry Terminal bis zum Hotelpreis ca IDR37, 000.00.

Good location at the heart of Nagoya Thamrin. Surrounded by many eateries, massage place and entertainment outlets. Rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stable high speed WiFi unlike some of the other accomodations I've been recently. Breakfast was satisfactory with reasonable variety of food.

My intention here is to provide a 100% fact based, detailed and balanced assessment of the 360° experience of this property. But before we jump in to the details, let me first say that *for the discounted VIP member price* paid on this occasion, we are 100% satisfied with our stay at MAXONE Batam (with one notable exception, see below). A big thank you to the management and team (especially front desk and concierge) for an *almost* perfect 👌🏼 stay. First visited MAXONE Batam six months ago when newly opened. A very positive experience, but my initial impressions were that overall facilities available were quite limited given the ambitious price point. This second stay confirmed my initial observations, after 6 months of operation. Quality of welcome is very good, front desk and concierge extremely professional. Well done 👏🏼. Main public areas and rooms are immaculately clean and well maintained. If you want 100% immaculately clean rooms, this is, however, probably your best choice today in Batam. Linens are top quality, fresh and clean. Abundant and carefully selected pillows. Very large king bed. If your objective is a good sleep, this is pretty much guaranteed. However, we have the following observations that indicate the typical prices asked for the standard Deluxe King rooms are ambitious and too high for what you get: - Breakfast not included - No pool or gym - Deluxe King rooms very narrow and claustrophobic for two people with luggage and shopping (but the bathrooms are a good size) - It's clear from the layout that whoever did the interior design of the Deluxe King rooms is not accustomed to, and does not have appropriate experience of, designing for compact room dimensions - much could be learned from the efficient layout of similarly compact (19m2) rooms in eg Denmark, Sweden, about the optimal use of space. - Unacceptable WiFi connectivity, whether you are a business or leisure traveller. Latency (often over 1000ms) in particular is problematic. Over 100 tests conducted on 5 different devices over 48 hours at different times of day and at all locations at the property. This is clearly a conscious cost based decision by the hotel operator and not a technical limitation, certainly not in a newly constructed property. This is particularly an issue for local business travellers such as myself because 4G/5G cellular connectivity with XL, Telkomsel etc at this location at Jln Sriwijaya / Kampung Pelita is extremely poor and always has been. *Summary and conclusions* We've stayed at almost all 3*, 4* and 5* properties in the Riau Islands over the past 10 years. This includes the two most recent 5* star properties and several newly refurbished 4* star properties in Kota Batam. As a ”user chooser” business owner who travels and works remotely 300+ days a year, I don't have a set ”budget” or ”price range” for hotels and apartments I select. I'm interested in the services and facilities received in relation to the actual price paid (after my usual VIP / frequent traveller discounts). On this occasion, my VIP member prices mean I paid very competitive prices for this stay. As a result I'm 100% satisfied with my stay at MAXONE Batam, with the exception of the WiFi provision which remains unacceptable in such a property given the kind of target customers the property would like to attract as guests.

Wert für Geld Aufenthalt. Tagesbedürfnisse bereitgestellt. In der Nähe von Essen und Einkaufsvierteln und Fährterminals. Tagsbräuche mehr auf chinesischen Küchen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn die nächste Reise nach Batam.

The hotel is relatively new and it is nicely renovated with modern and stylish finishing. The room is very clean and comfortable, water stream is huge for shower, TV is big and nevertheless a comfort bed for good dream. It is not very far from most of the eatery and shopping area but still requires Gojek/Grab. Amenities is pretty much ok but I personally would prefer to have a swimming pool though. Overall stay experience is wonderful!

Meine Freunde und ich haben kürzlich im Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt äußerst günstig, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Nagoya Hill Mall entfernt und ist somit ideal zum Shoppen und Essen gehen. Die Zimmerausstattung war durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, und die Sauberkeit entsprach den üblichen Standards. Das Fehlen eines Föhns im Zimmer war zwar etwas unpraktisch, wurde aber durch das freundliche und professionelle Personal mehr als wettgemacht. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und ermöglichten uns sogar einen frühen Check-in ohne Aufpreis, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die günstige Lage und der exzellente Service machen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Mit einigen Verbesserungen der Ausstattung wäre es perfekt!

Die Service war gut und das Personal war alle freundlich und untergebracht. Gutes Essen auch. Lage war auch perfekt, weil in der Nähe eines großen Kellers und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Terrible cleanliness. Stayed here for 2 days, the room has cockroaches, we killed 10 of those in the span of days, asked for a change of room but the front desk told us it’s full. The bed sheet is grey and dirty, we have to request house keeping to change it. Water pressure is good. Staff are friendly. That’s the only 2 good thing for this hotel. The room and facility is really old and need a major overhaul.
