Haben Sie eine erinnereliche Erfahrung, in Brevely Hotel Batam auf meiner letzten Reise mit Freunden zu bleiben. Muss sagen Zimmer ist riesig für Deluxe King und das Personal sind super freundlich. tägliches Frühstück mit durchschnittlichen Optionen, aber Lebensmittel sind lecker.Leider Pool unter Renovierung. Insgesamt ist ein Geschenk-Übernachtung in diesem Hotel wird sicher empfehlen Freunde, den Aufenthalt zu erleben

Stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment & given the high floor. We had nice views from the balcony. Room furnishing looks a bit outdated, tattered day curtains, loose switch, crackling telephone set.. however, it was compensated with good water pressure in the two bathrooms and the whole apartment's air-conditioning is very cooling. The swimming pool is good. May consider giving this apartment another try next time.

The location of this place is great, and everything else was satisfactory. However, it can get a bit noisy during the night, especially if you're staying in a corner room. I’d recommend avoiding corner rooms if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

the service by the staffs is good. the staffs are friendly. my experiences is marred by someone smoking in the hotel floor and room. I have smell that someone smoke at the level such that the smoking smell is very strong in the corridor even though there are sign to says no smoking and you have to acknowledge that you will be fined for smoking in the hotel. Can even smell the someone smoking while in the room and believe the smell comes in via the vent in the bathroom. Due to the long weekend, hence the hotel is fully booked and the staffs struggle to replenish the food for breakfast. but i dont deny the fact that the location is amazing.

It's a good location, a lot of restaurants and food market to eat nearby and walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Staff are friendly, and the hotel breakfast is excellent. We will definitely come back another time.

Das erste Mal hier mit der Frau wegen TikTok Anzeigen abt dieses Hotel. Einchecken war schnell, wurde Mitte des Stockes gegeben. Zimmerkorridor war feucht, stuffig und sehr laut. (Selbst kann man hören, wenn wir unsere Tür geschlossen haben), Zimmer ist geräumig. Fernseher hat viele lokale Kanäle & SG-Kanäle. King bed ist riesig n komfortable. Toilette hat bidet n Wasserdruck ist gut, es gibt einen Mini-Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage ist cool schnell, die Aussicht nicht so viel( Stadtblick mit vielen Bauarbeiten), Frühstück war So-So. ( kam bei 8.45am & 80% der Lebensmittel & Getränke ist aus.. & nicht oben, der Brotwinkel ist Stale & hart) Lebensmittel schmecken blenden, nicht viel von lokalen Delikatessen. Fleisch(Hühner, Rindfleisch n sogar Fisch) sind trocken & hart. Das Frühstücksrestaurant verfügt über viele Servicepersonal, aber nur wenige Frauen Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und der Rest hängt vor allem an der Barstation, was nichts tut und reden. Ich bestellte sogar Zimmerservice am 1. Abend, die Lebensmittel sind ok, aber der Hühner geschmackte abt merkwürdig, da ich nach dem Essen krank wurde.🤢🤮 ( Übelkeit, Diarrhö & Erbrechen 3x) aber glücklicherweise ich hv alle Medikamente. Nebenan Hotel hv viele gute erschwingliche lokale Lebensmittel, die viel besser ist als das Hotel. Einige Hotelpersonal haben Einstellungen aufgehalten. Das kann ich nicht viel sagen 🤦🤦. Hotel ist nahe dem Mall Nagoya. Insgesamt ist nur okok. Nicht bis zu meinen Erwartungen. Haben bessere Erfahrungen mit anderen 3☆ Hotelmarken.

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Except that the corridors hv cigarette smell, all others is good. Hotel staff are all smiling n cheerful. Will certainly book this hotel again when I come Batam again

Terrible cleanliness. Stayed here for 2 days, the room has cockroaches, we killed 10 of those in the span of days, asked for a change of room but the front desk told us it’s full. The bed sheet is grey and dirty, we have to request house keeping to change it. Water pressure is good. Staff are friendly. That’s the only 2 good thing for this hotel. The room and facility is really old and need a major overhaul.

Ein einfaches Zimmer. Gehweite zu einem kleinen Mart und dem Grand Mall - gute Lage. Frühstück war gut! Personal war freundlich. WiFi und Toilettenwasser (Dusche, Bidet, Tappet, Toilettenbowl) waren stabil. Es gibt 2 lose Hügel - für den Bidet, kleine Hügel.
