GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

Check in is easy and thus hardly interacted with the staff whom seems to be unfriendly.
Room wise is spacious and quite comfy. But some lights are not working. Im concern about cleanliness as the teaspoon wasn’t washed the next day though cup was washed. Coffee was not replaced. Bedsheet still feels untidy.
Location is good and room spacious so it’s ok.
Room it’s hot and thus we need to keep windows open to cool it down.

GGastnutzerWe really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in Yabuli. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
The owner was especially helpful — since I don’t speak Chinese, his support meant a lot to us. He helped us communicate and arrange everything related to skiing, which made our trip much easier and more relaxed.
I stayed here with two teenagers, and we all felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location worked well for the ski resort, and overall the experience was very positive.
We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

GGastnutzerMy recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway.
First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home.
The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond.
When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious.
In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!

ZZhangfengEs ist sehr ruhig auf Sun Island und ganz in der Nähe der Ice and Snow World. Es gibt eine Seilbahn im Hotel und auf der anderen Seite des Flusses befindet sich der Stalin Park. Ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt ist die Central Street. Es ist sehr praktisch und die Hotelumgebung ist gut Gut. Der Kundendienst an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Kundendienstpersonal an der Rezeption, das am 20. Dezember zur Arbeit kam, war ein hübsches Mädchen und ein hübscher Junge. Der Service war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Wir gingen zum Eis und Schnee World, weil es zu nah war und es keinen Fahrer gab, der die Bestellung entgegennehmen konnte. Der hübsche Junge an der Rezeption half mir auch, andere Fahrer zu kontaktieren. Xiao Meine Tochter weinte, als sie zu Ice and Snow World ging. Als sie ins Hotel zurückkehrte, Das hübsche Mädchen an der Rezeption kam, um sie zu trösten. Sie umarmte meine Tochter und bedeckte ihre Hände und Füße, um sie ohne Einwände warm zu halten. Diese Szene löste in meiner Familie ein besonders tiefes Gefühl aus.
