Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer im oberen Stock mit einem großen Walk-in-Dusche und komfortablem Bett und schönen Desk für die Arbeit an. Große Variation am Frühstück von Croissants und Brot zu Früchten mit sehr schönen Kaffee entweder aus dem Kupfer oder einer Maschine. Die Maschine war wirklich einer der besten! Super freundliches Personal und der Flughafen pickup, den ich bestellte war super einfach und gut wert. Fitness auf der Terrasse ist klein, aber ich war die einzige jemals zu benutzen. Die Außenterrasse hat große Aussichten und kann windig werden, so vielleicht ist es deshalb auch nicht viel verwendet.

Wenn Sie freundlich, aufmerksam, professionell, hilfsbereites Personal möchten, empfehle ich sehr. Das Restaurantpersonal ist das gleiche. Es ist schön, sauber, von der Lobby bis zu den Zimmern bis zum Dach oben. Hoffentlich bald wieder zu sein ist es immer eine Freude, hierher zu kommen. Die Verwaltung ist oben. Sehr sicheres Gebäude, wenn Sie Fragen oder Bedenken haben oder etwas brauchen, die sie dort sind. 5 Sterne

Das Hotel war in vielen Hinsicht mehr als solides Hotel. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten waren komfortabel mit einem ultramodernen Badezimmer. Das Gebäude war attraktiv und in einer guten Lage. Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Das Personal war auch sehr hilfreich. Nur Kons waren einige der Fußbodenblätter in den Hallen und Türen zeigten Zeichen von Verschleiß und sie werden aktualisieren müssen. Die andere Kon ist die Reservierungs-Sache, um jede der Einrichtungen wie Pool und Fitness zu nutzen. Das ist nur dumm und ungünstig für den Gast. Es ist reines Theater. Insgesamt empfehle ich es sehr.

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica .
