After a long trip, my boyfriend and I arrived finally to the FS Bogotá. Welcome was great with a very refreshing drink and a smooth check-in (just what we love). Breakfast was delicious and service was spectacular. I had my “Bandeja Paisa” almost every day and they even made me some fried bananas, as I love them. My boyfriend got a bit tummy sick and as soon as the waiters knew, they made a special “remedio casero” for him, which actually worked! Next day at breakfast they even asked how he was and had already prepared the “remedio” so he could follow the treatment. We had a suite, which was really nice. We always used the car of the hotel, as we wanted to be sure we are in good hands whilst exploring Bogotá. We always love being on the top floor or highest possible and we had it. Views were nice, but not sure it was a great feature of our room. Cleaning was very good, however, they need to look above the wardrobe, as I left something over the wardrobe and when I took it back, some dust fell over me. Everybody was so warm and kind, that when they said people was friendlier in Medellin (our next stop), we could not believe that could be possible. Thank you so much to Yeison, Jorge, Jenny and Daniel, for a great stay. We are already planning a trip back to Colombia and Bogotá is in our list, which will include Four Seasons for sure.

A fantastic hotel in Bogota. The hotel felt incredibly safe and the staff were wonderful. We used the airport transfer service that was excellent (although Uber Comfort is also very good and much cheaper around Bogota). We received a drink on arrival which was nice and upgraded to a suite. The suite was enormous and very clean. A great experience for us to be upgraded too. The rooms are very smart with all necessary amenities. Our laundry was expensive but returned same day. Breakfast is part buffet / part order and all tasty. We also had lunch one of the days and the food was excellent with impeccable service. Gym is small but sufficient and open 24hrs. Highly recommend and very cheap by western standards for a four seasons. The location is great next to nice restaurants and shopping areas.

We had an amazing and impeccable stay with our little son. We celebrated our anniversary and 10 months baby birthday. When we arrived late night, the crib was ready with baby blanket, toy, little towel and slippers for him. They didn’t forget about toiletries and baby bath even we didn’t ask for it. Chef treated us with special compliments and for baby fruit puree was made in house complimentary. Everyone were so friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, housekeeping and room service departments are so friendly and accommodating! Please book spa treatments with Zoraida, she is amazing! Two ladies named Maria from Front desk made our stay so memorable and upgraded our room to Suite based on American Express offer. We had the best time ever and definitely will be back!! Thank you for all your attention and service!

Home away from home is the best way to describe my stay at FS Bogota ! The team goes above and beyond no matter how big or small your request may be. The Front Office team , is 100% top of the line and extraordinary when it comes to hospitality! The team is stellar and are true gems I connected with Daniel Acosta at the Front Desk he is the absolute BEST! Diego & Jhon , bell boys always greeted me with friendly faces leaving and returning and Jorge & Alejandro always knew my preferences at breakfast! What a Fantastic team! I can’t wait to come back to their warm and welcoming smiles. Staff were very attentive and paid attention to details, fulfilled every request and went above and beyond all expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time. The property is quite beautiful and unique and the area in general has so much to do and explore and the staff will guide you to the best excursions and things to do on the island! Add Four Seasons Bogota to your bucket list!!!

This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have experienced in along time. The rooms were very well appointed and the beds were especially comfortable. The staff and service personnel were very efficient and referred to us by name. The hotel is verywell located in a prime residential area.

A fairly cramped property but in the nice Zone T location. Service was good. Probably a bit over priced for what it is. We’ve stayed at plenty of FS properties and this one was by far the worst. It is a bit pokey, including the Spa which didn’t have the luxurious feel of other FS properties. The Spa was also over-priced $195 USD for 50 minutes massage which included mainly elbows digging into my back which was not my idea of a relaxing time.

Clean accommodations with excellent service. The vibe feels a little like Bryant Park Hotel - early 2000s vibe. Stayed for three nights in December on business. Booked with a preferred partner agent and was upgraded. Room 450 was spacious but could have had better natural light. There is an amazing restaurant Osaka across the street. And several other dining options nearby. Breakfast was filling and service was attentive. The spa facial with Zoryaya was the best I’ve ever had. They use biologique recherche products. Steam room was excellent. Gym was well equipped. The spa has a nice locker room that I used prior to my red eye back to the states. We also visited Casa Medina, which has a very different feel. Next time, I will try Casa Medina for the older interiors. Antonio at the front desk was helpful. Overall, excellent service.

This boutique quaint hotel is very nice. Nestled in the bustling city of the ever so dense city of bogota you can experience modern luxury and wide variety of walkable restaurants and “things to do” staying at FS Bogota! I highlight recommend utilizing the driver that pics you up from the airport to take you out into the city! Very moderately priced for 4-5 hrs. Not sure about high season in bogota but if it’s anything like it was when we were there in December it’s gonna be busy when it warms up! The breakfast at the hotel was very elaborate and tasty! So many delicious selections and the hotel restaurant wasn’t bad at all. I love the quaint small boutique feel at this property. Even tho the hotel is located on a busy street/ area the hotel was still very quiet and we did not experience any loud noise/ music etc. If I return to bogota wouldn’t mind giving FS Bogota another booking!

We were originally staying in Casa Medina, and after a week visiting other areas of Colombia, we returned to Bogota and were told that there were renovations and the hotel was moving us to the other Four Seasons. We did not expect to be switching hotels however we were very happy once we checked in. The location of Four Seasons in Bogota is amazing. There are tons of restaurants as well as the shopping centres, all within walking distance. There is also a little park where you can sit and hang out. We felt very safe in this area and were walking around at night. The customer service is what you would expect from Four Seasons. We were happy to see some of the staff from Casa Medina working at this location during breakfast. The drivers and doormen were all very friendly as well, and just like Casa Medina, we felt as if we were coming home at the end of the day. A special shoutout to Diana L who somehow managed to get obleas delivered to our room, after we found out that we were not able to buy them in that area. I believe the hotel made them, and they definitely hit the spot! The gym is a bit smaller than Casa Medina, but has everything that you would need for a good workout. We had breakfast outdoors with the heaters on and it was quite cosy. The spa is also beautiful and we took advantage of the massage service. We love Colombia, this was our third visit to the country and first time to Bogota. We will certainly be returning and look forward to staying at Four Seasons again.
