Costa 3S Beach

Die Zimmer, der Essbereich und das Hotel im Allgemeinen waren nicht sauber, es gab sichtbar schmutzige Bereiche, alle Betten und andere Gegenstände im Zimmer waren sehr alt/rostig, das Essen war mittelmäßig/schlecht, die guten Seiten waren der Strand und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

26 Eylül 30 Eylül arası otelde kaldım ve gerçekten çok kötü bir tecrübe yaşadım kaldığım onca Otel arasında en berbat Otel diyebilirim. temizlik çok kötü yemekler berbat sezon sonları olduğundan dolayı ürünleri bayat Mümkün olduğunda dışarıda yedim yani otelin çalışanlarından otelde ki kötü yemeklerden dolayı ishal olanların olduğunu öğrendim çalışan bile dışarıda yediğini söyledi Çok kötü otelin restoranı bile çok kötü ve bakımı yetersiz eğer tatilinizi kötü geçirmek istemiyorsanız yemekleri ve temizliği kötü olan bu otelde zamanınızı ve paranızı boş yere harcamayın fotograflara bakılınca konumu iyi gibi görünüyor ama gercekten hizmet yok çalışanlar yetersiz ve bir sorunla ilgilenecek bir yetkili bulmak zor çatal bulmakta zorlandım bir personel çatal bulmaya gitti dahada gelmedi başkalarınında bu kötü tecrübeyi yaşamamasını istediğinden dolayı bu yorumu yapıyorum Tatil budur organizasyonuyla gittim zaten şikayetimi onlara da bildirdim. bardaklar leş gibi yemekler cok kötü ürünler bayatlamış çalışanlar yarı yarıya düşmüş olan çalışanlarda yetersiz otelde muhatap bulabilmek için bir müdür bile yok o bile gitmiş Yazık yani Mademki hizmet veremiyorsunuz O zaman niye paket satışı yapıyorsunuz. Yazık yani , bir pişmanlık yaşamak istemiyorsanız bu oteli tercih etmeyin. Samimi söylüyorum verdiğim paraya yazık başka insanlarında madur olmaması için yazdım.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. This hotel not a 4 star. With price over 140$/night you get a small dirty room, pool with waste on the bottom, food which is impossible to eat. No gym, no sauna, no room service. The location is not bad, but management don’t spent a money to improve anything.

The location is perfect ! The hotel is terrible ! The pool is very nasty and has broken parts ! The service is terrible ! Food is terrible you only have a small choice ! The drinks are always finished ! the beach is very close but there are no where in the area trashbin to trow your trash! If you compare about the price with other 4 star hotels is this by far the champion of being the worstest hotel i ever visited! There are broken parts in de floor in the rooms! The furniture is so old and used that you can not imagine that someone would stay over here ! The fridge is not working , the roomservice is terrible ! .. Do not even think to stay here !!

The hotel was not up to the standard It was all inclusive, but you could only have beer, wine, gin, vodka or raki. They were always out of sprite, pepsi and wine, which wasn't pleasant at all. There were no international brands that could be purchased. Food was average, very bland, and you always had to queue to try and find a table. Most items were not available after 8.30, given that the meal times were only 7.30-9. Some of the bbq food was not cooked thoroughly. Loaves of bread were cut by holiday makers without any protection to hold bread. Which we had requested to be addressed on many occasions, but never was. Bar glasses were just rinsed under the tap and wiped round by staff hands. Staff smoking in the kitchen area. Hygiene was none existent. Toiletries in room had been used previously. Safety deposit box was not attached to anything and could have been easily removed. 3 coat hangers for a room of 3. Communal Toilets (only one for the beach, bar and restaurant), and one near the meeting room miles away from anywhere, were absolutely black. Hardly any English was spoken by staff. The photos of their site look lovely, but dont be fooled by this the hotel is awful. Go at your peril.

I m so sorry, but is the worst hotel I have ever seen in Turkey. It was very bad, every body was lying with you. The refrigerator was not working snd stinky. All the furniture and other items were very dirty. The most strange thing, there was no (Elevator) at the hotel and I don't know how it was 4 Star hotel but 2-3 Star? the hotel is located by a drain that flows into the sea. We went to restaurants for food, it does not correspond to 4 stars at all. Trash cans missing on the beach, broken glass in the sea, on the beach. Really disappointing, the hotel is about to close. This was a big shock for out friends.

Very bad hotel very dirty hotel very bad stuff no internet in the rooms no reception phone call service the rooms are very dirty the food was so bad the reception is very old and dirye it was very bad experience i advice everyone to not visit this hotel because its waste for time and money
