It was great, the reception, the bedroom, the bathroom, and Dani was very kind with us, but there was not breakfast!!

The hotel was well located. Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly service, reasonable price, close to attractions, great hotel for visitors.

Das Zimmer roch feucht, der Badventilator funktionierte nicht und in den Fugen der Fliesen hatte sich Schimmel festgesetzt. Der Manager wurde informiert und konnte die Zimmer nicht wechseln, da sie ausgebucht waren. Er kontaktierte die Eigentümer, um sie darüber zu informieren, dass ich nicht zufrieden war. Ich warte auf ihre Entscheidung bezüglich einer Rückerstattung für dieses Zimmer unter dem Standard.

Ich habe dort eine Nacht mit meinem Vater verbracht und erwartet, dass dieser Ort ein gutes Beispiel für ein historisches Gebäude und Zimmer wäre. Das ist dieser Ort nicht. Das Zimmer war muffig und sehr kalt, da die Heizung kaputt war. Der Fernseher war ein kleiner Computermonitor, der nicht so gut funktionierte. Die Betten waren von sehr schlechter Qualität und wir konnten die Federn darin spüren. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war praktisch unbrauchbar, weil sie so klein war. Ich würde nicht wieder dort übernachten.

There is nothing to say really, its old and tired and cheap furnishings and should be painted grey to match its feel but it served a purpose for one night, its a £50 a night hotel tbh

Beautiful location. Staff helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. View from the room windows excellent. Easy to walk to the Roman Baths. Dining options nearby as well as at the property (if booked in advance).

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The room was a very strange layout, but that’s fine. The bed was terrible, the tv did not work, the shower was small and very weak, the lavatory was oddly low, there were no plug sockets by the bedside tables and the radiators could not be turned off. We were told to put our towels over the radiator to prevent it getting too hot. We opened the window, but were also on the lower ground floor and slightly concerned about security, especially since our window was next to the entrance to the garden. We needed to let the hair dryer run for a bit before using as it was dusty. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

I stayed in room 22 … felt like I was in the basement… small room …hard bed …the tiny bathroom was like a walk in fridge and the TV was unwatchable signal kept breaking up

Staff polite and helpful, lovely venue. Would definitely recommend.

Property is older but very nice . Great service and knowledge of area. Great views. Had a lovely stay in a beautiful city
