We originally booked 2 bedrooms villa 2.5 years ago and then Covid happened so we had to postpone as they won’t allow to cancel, which was a bit disappointing. Anyway, 2.5 years later we finally made it Bali and were really looking forward to staying at the legend khayangan as all the pictures on travel websites looked amazing. But we were very disappointed. The villa was spacious with nice upstairs area and bedrooms. Outside was nice as well. When we went to our villa the nearby fields started to burn rice cuttings and the smoke was everywhere, it was unbearable to breath. I understand it’s not hotels fault and we had to leave our suitcases and go the town as we could not stay there. On our return the smoke cleared and we started to unpack. We went to bedrooms and omg! the stink of cigarettes in both bedrooms was horrible, although they ask people not to smoke. I have an asthma and I was concerned how am I gonna sleep in this conditions. We tried to air it but nothing worked. Then we started to look around and there were things broken, dirty etc. we went on decking outside and the floors were all rotten. My feet went through one of the plagues and I was lucky not to scratch my legs as metal nails were sticking out everywhere. It was a big concern for me as we had our 8yo son with us. I’ve emailed reservation team about all the issues and 30min later the receptionist Putu came to have a look. We were moved to another villa (bare in mind it was after 9pm already and we were very tired). There were no cigarette smell in the bedrooms, which was ok for us. Putu said that the pool wasn’t ready at this villa and someone will come in the morning to clean it for us. So we quickly moved everything and went to bed. When we woke up we started to unpack and look around. Although this villa was a bit better, there were still issues with decking, sun lounger broken, curtains dirty, sink blocked, no microwave compare to last villa which did have it, one tv in the bedroom had few lines in the screen, bedding and towels looked grey etc. but we were still waiting for someone to come and clean the pool as it looked dirty, water wasn’t clear at all. Then I saw a man just throwing chlorine granules into the pool and that it! That was cleaning! We were told not to use a pool until the next day, but they did offer us to us a pool at previous villa, which we did. Anyway, we started using a pool next day. However, it still didn’t look right and our son had itchy skin after using it, which was a concern ones again. Anyway, we stayed there for 4 nights and I could not wait to get out. We had free breakfast( which we were provided with every day), free afternoon tea and few other inclusions like free breakfast in the pool, gift and minibar in our booking, which most of these we didn’t get and were not offered. Restaurant wasn’t opened and we had to get a taxi to the town every day to get something to eat as that area has absolutely nothing around. One positive I can say

Kamar tidur bersih,ac dingin,ada teko untuk membuat kopi/teh panas.wifi sangat kencang,tV android. Dng hrg dibawah 500K sangat wortih menurut aku.pelayanan mas yg jaga dsana sangat2 ramah. Ada temen sy tiba2 dtg mengunjungi dan bermalam jadi kami 3 org di dlm kamar,sama mas dsana gak dikasi kena chas. Untuk breakfast sy gak coba,krn memang mw kulineran diubud.jd kami makan diluar. Terima kasih byk,sangat merekomendasikan

Unser Hotelzimmer war unglaublich, mit einem vier-Posterbett und einem schönen Balkon, um die Grünland der Wüste um. Das Hotel ist in der Gegend ist ruhig und perfekt für Entspannung, aber es ist ein schneller Fahrt von der Stadt Ubud entfernt. Ubud ist ein sehr besetztes Gebiet mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und der Affenwald. Es ist auch nicht zu weit von Wasserfällen, Kunstgeschäften und Tempeln (wenn Sie etwas zu tun suchen!). Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Lage, um die freundliche Lage zu bewältigen. Die meisten Abende waren in Ubud zum Abendessen, aber wir waren am Hotel zum Abendessen in einer der Nächte und die Preise waren extrem erschwinglich. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel besonders, wenn Sie eine schöne Entspannungsreise wollen, die nicht zu weit von allen lokalen Aktivitäten entfernt ist.

Nous sommes restés dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant une semaine. Nous cherchions on endroit calme où dormir, loin du chaos d'Ubud, le pari est tenu. C'est vraiment isolé, au milieu des rizières. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et sympathique. Ils sont toujours là pour vous et si vous avez une question ou demande, ils se démèneront pour y répondre de suite. La chambre est grande et très propre. Nous avons demandé une chambre en étage et nous l'avons eue. Le lit est ferme mais confortable. Les chambres ont tous une terrasse où vous pouvez manger, prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement vous reposer. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très simple (choix entre omelette et pancakes, jus de fruit, et des fruits), mais suffisant. Vous pouvez payer un supplément pour avoir des choses en plus. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni bar dans cette maison d'hôtes, donc il faudra soit aller dans l'hôtel pas très loin, soit commander votre nourriture sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons opté pour cette deuxième option, et ça s'est très bien passé, un choix énorme, livraison en moins d'une heure si vous commandez sur un resto d'Ubud. Le personnel peut aussi prendre une commande et votre argent et aller faire 2/3 courses pour vous pour des boissons affichées sur le minibar. Tous les jours ils nous ont donné une bouteille d'eau chacun gratuite. La piscine est jolie et propre. La climatisation est très performante, parfois même trop! Il faut la régler. Parfois on finissait simplement par la couper. Vous n'aurez pas chaud. Maintenant, les points négatifs, car un bon avis doit aussi mentionner les points à améliorer: Lumière du jour qui passe très facilement, les rideaux ne sont pas très collés à la fenêtre donc dès 5h du matin on commençait à avoir de la lumière. C'est vrai que nous européens sommes habitués à dormir dans le noir. Dans la chambre il y avait aussi un bruit de canalisation, assez aigu, quand les gens utilisaient l'eau, que ça soit nous ou des voisins. Je ne sais pas à quoi cela est dû, peut-être une pompe, des canalisations... je ne sais pas si le problème est commun à toutes les chambres. Vu que je suis assez sensible aux bruits pour dormir, j'ai opté pour des boules Quiès, problème réglé. Comptez 3 à 5 euros l'aller pour vous déplacer en ville en commandant une course sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons eu la réservation a un très bon prix car réservé tôt et avant la levée des restrictions sanitaires, donc on va dire que nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les deux points cités plus haut car c'était les deux choses qui m'ont dérangé.

Ich zöge es zu schreiben, weil ich so sehr gerne diesen Ort möge! Das Kernproblem dieses Ortes kommt aus dem Design des Zimmers, so gut wie es seine Absichten waren, ist ein großer Designfehler. In der Villa gibt es keine Tür, die mit dem WC (sowohl WC als auch Dusche) verbunden ist, sie sind vom Schlafzimmer mit einem Kabinett geteilt, das nicht einmal auf die Oberfläche erreicht. Das gesamte Zimmer teilt daher im Grunde recyclierte Luft mit dem WC, was einen starken Geruch von Feuchtigkeit und Milch schafft. Dies schafft auch eine Frage der Privatsphäre (aber ehrlich gesagt, das stört mich nicht, nur ein Seitennote für Leute, die nicht als Paar reisen). Sie müssen nicht sehr empfindlich sein, um das zu bemerken (ich bin überhaupt nicht). Aber der Geruch trifft Sie, wenn Sie ins Zimmer. Das Personal versucht, durch Sprühung von Luftfrischmachern zu helfen, als wir es bei der Einreise erwähnten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Luftventilator, aber es ist mit den Lichtern verbunden, so dass es ausgehen muss, wenn Sie schlafen wollen. Jedoch im Tageszeiten mit ihm, es hat die Qualität des Zimmers nicht geändert. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht den Raumingenieur und warum das nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Als die Zeit geht, glaube ich, dass dieses Problem sich vertiefen wird, wenn das Immobilienalter. Es gibt einen Grund, warum es 2am ist und ich bin wach, das zu schreiben. Es ist wirklich schade.
