The hotel is very new. The location is away from the city center (which I prefer). Our room was spot clean and included a fridge and safe. The immediate area has everything you need. Lots of places to eat nearby. Free parking inside a gated area is a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Der Baum ist ein vier Sternen, zumindest auf dem Papier (nur auf dem Papier) . Die Struktur hat seine Jahre und sie alle sehen. Alles ist alt, vielleicht gut gepflegt, aber alt (außer dem Blick auch zum Geruch). Das Zimmer, in unserem Fall ein Familienzimmer, obwohl erscheinend sauber, ist nicht einmal ausreichend. Die Heizung wird an zwei Splits vergeben, die nicht bedienen können. Oder zu heiß oder zu kalt. Die schmutzigen, alten und gebrochenen Träger. Die Bettwäsche hatten einen seltsamen Geruch von Schließung, fast von Muffa. Sowie die harten und starren Decken, militärischem Stil. Die Zimmerausstattung war nicht zwischen den Umgebungen koordiniert. Das Schlafsofa war so locker, dass das Geschirr in Brandel war. Das Matratze des Ehebetts war eigentlich die Vereinigung von zwei Einzelbetten. Die Fliegende und Staubfüll-TV-Sender. Das Badezimmer war diskret, aber gefroren, weil es keine Heizung hatte. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, wir gingen sehr bald (absichtlich) und angesichts der Voraussetzungen haben wir nichts verloren. Das Personal, außer der Rezeption Mädchen, erfüllt nicht die minimalen Anti-Covid-Normen, keine Masken. Sie nehmen die Temperaturmessgeräte und Gels zur Verfügung der Gäste. Der Nachtportier rauchte ruhig im Hotelhalle. Die vier Sternen waren vielleicht 1980 wert, heute wären zwei besser.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel einen kurzen Urlaub gehabt und wir waren froh, als wir es online gefunden haben, wie es zwischen der Stadt Napolis und Orten wie Salerno und Amalfi war. Sie melden, dass sie Shuttles vom Hotel zum Flughafen haben, leider damit meinten sie, sie würden für Sie einen Taxi organisieren, und das ist, wo wir Probleme erlebt haben. Wir haben endlich einen 15-minütigen Taxi von einer nahe gelegenen Bahnhof bis zum Hotel zu bekommen, der uns 60 € kosten würde. Der Taxifahrer würde nicht direkt zu uns sprechen und uns sagte, wir müssten durch das Hotel buchen. Es war ein Albtraum, als sie uns sagten, dass der nächste Bahnhof zu weit war, um zu gehen und dass wir keine andere Wahl hätten als Taxis. Wir wurden 130 € für einen einzigen Weg Taxi in eine Nachbarstadt zertifiziert. Wir haben uns online befunden und entschieden, dass es eine Bahnhof 30 Minuten zu Fuß (s.vitaliano Bahnhof) war, wo wir einen Zug nach Nola und von dort können einen Zug nach fast überall. Ich war enttäuscht, dass das Hotel nicht das erwähnt und konnte nicht helfen, aber ich habe den Eindruck, dass sie von der Tatsache profitieren, dass wir uns mit unserer Umgebung nicht vertraut waren, um lokale Taxis uns lächerlich hohe Preise zu belasten. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nicht nur um sich über das Hotel zu beschweren, sondern um künftigen Gästen zu raten, dass es möglich ist, einen Zug von der Nähe zu bekommen, indem sie Mühe und Geld sparen. Neben dieser Frage war das Hotel nett. Es war sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal, das wir am zweiten Tag einreisen, war absolut wunderschön. Das Restaurantpersonal war auch wunderschön. Das Personal vor dem Desk war manchmal hilfreich, aber auch als kalt und uninteressant in anderen Zeiten traf. Insgesamt hätte ich das Hotel 4/5 gegeben, wenn wir die richtigen Informationen über die Reise erhalten hätten, aber das war leider nicht der Fall.

Un altra dimensione. Ci arrivo da un lungo viaggio. Ho voglia solo di buttare le valige sul pavimento ed aprire la doccia. Faceva caldissimo. Arrivo al resort, ambienti grandi, spaziosi, ariosi. Trasmettono tranquillità. Già sono più riposato. Mi accoglie una fanciulla, affabile e seducente come solo le donne del sud sanno esserlo. Sento il suo accento, marcatissimo. Mi assegna una camera, piccoli inconvenienti nel mio alloggio ma subito risolti dall'efficienza del personale. Mi riappacifico con il mondo. E mi butto sotto la doccia. Promosso a pieni voti. Domani altri 1000 km.
