I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. There was a booking error and they refused to help. It showed we were double booked and they blamed *******. ******* blamed the property. The front desk clerk was extremely unpleasant & unprofessional. Straight up rude. We went to dinner and ******* called the clerk twice attempting to resolve the issue. The clerk even hung up on *******! Clerk advised she wouldn’t and couldn’t reach a manager or general manager. That there wouldn’t be a manager on site at all for a few days. The General Manager contacted me via email after we checked out and advised the issue was corrected. They never apologized for the way we were treated, nothing. Also, no breakfast, hall didn’t feel safe, I felt unsafe around the clerk. The outside area had an unsafe feel as well. There was a building that seemed closed & vandalized right outside the door. In the room the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. There’s something wrong with the door latch or something. The staff and manager had me in tears. They didn’t charge us twice & corrected the issue after checking out. The manager didn’t seem to care at all about the ordeal. We were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition, and they absolutely ruined the night. I asked for a refund due to all the circumstances and the manager refused and still didn’t show any empathy and was not apologetic. DO NOT HIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!
