sehr schönes sauberes modernes Hotel aber der erste eindruck war beschämend das soll gastfreundlich sein wir konnten nicht check in um 11:30 sie sagten 15:00 obwohl wir das bei der buchung angeführt hatten meine kreditkarte (Debito) wurde nicht akzeptiert wir hatten eine 6 stunden anreise wir waren durstig und hungrig doch das interressierte niemanden wir wurden auf das shopping center verwiesen vielen dank an das Personal

Habitaciones confortables, muy buena seguridad, agradable piscina, Barman Carlos excelentes tragos, Cocina Chef espectacular, Mención especial para Daniela, anfitriona excepcional, rápida, cálida y profundamente humana, gran valor para este Hotel, mereces mucho más. Hotel con hermosas vistas, muy cerca de 7 buenos restaurantes (Rayú, el mejorcito), helados magníficos en DiMango, Uber y taxi a la puerta en pocos minutos, valores no superan los $ 3000 x viaje (12-02-2023), gran costanera frente al hotel para pasear con FDS llenos de actividades para niños y adultos...ojo, Playa Chinchorro inhabilitada...una vez más la bajada del río San José mantiene las aguas contaminadas. Hermoso Arica...100% recomendable.

Primero que todo... indicar que los comentarios buenos deben ser gente infiltrada del mismo hotel .... por que el servicio pésimo. El día de hoy me acerco al hotel con mis amigos por la reserva realizada el día 8 de febrero. Realizo el pago con normalidad y hasta ese momento todo bien. Luego le consulto a la recepcionista que nos atendió por el horario de la piscina en donde nos indica que esta fuera de servicio!!!!!!!!. Luego les informo que queremos la devolución del dinero a lo cual me responde la señorita carmen que me devolverán el dinero en 1 o 2 meses por haber cancelado con débito. En resumen no me dieron ninguna solución a tamaño error de ellos. Dejé plasmado el reclamo en su libro y me percato de cientos de reclamos que al parecer no se subsanan. Por eso me atrevo a decir que estos comentarios son de dudosa reputación. Gracias hotel por nada. Consejo ... pregunten ustedes antes de pagar todo xq ellos no son capaces de transparentar nada por recibir dinero.

Technically this place is very good. The hotel is new, rooms are comfortable, large enough and well equipped , free parking and good WiFi. However front staff was not very efficient, breakfast was very average and most importantly the hotel is very impersonal and unattractive. Location is also unpractical, quite far from the center. Altogether not too bad given the attractive price, but, having tried both, clearly below the Antay, which is roughly in the same category.

Solo daré la opinión del restaurant, por que NO me aloje en el hotel. Jugo frutilla malo, estaba malas las frutillas. Platos sencillos sin sofiticacion. Además cuando llegan los platos a la mesa, nos indican que no tiene un producto y me piden cambiar cuando lo otros estaban servidos. De verdad tenia más expectativas. Del recinto entorno nada que decir El servicio super buenos. Acá fallo la cocina...

Hotel nuovissimo, camera molto ben arredata e funzionale. Sicuramente il miglior hotel di Arica. Il personale è molto disponibile ed attento. La posizione dell’hotel è vicina ad alcuni ristoranti ed il parcheggio il loco la notte viene chiuso.

We stayed for 26 days from the end of December 2022 to mid-January 2023. Overall our stay was excellent. With this length of stay there are bound to be some minor dissatisfactions. We booked a top end room which lived up to all expectations, lovely view of the Pacific Ocean and also onto the hills behind. The room was serviced daily and very clean. Good furniture and fittings as the hotel is only 1 year old. The hotel reception staff couldn't have been more helpful from the moment Alphonso checked us in at 2am. They spoke good English and did translations for us, helped with the organisation of a trip to Lake Chungara and nothing was too much trouble for the whole team. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the restaurant always had clean tables to sit at. We were especially lucky to meet Krystel who served us very well along with several of her colleagues. Service time was sometimes a little slow which was disappointing. Food quality was good. Good WiFi throughout A great place to escape the European winter.

I didn’t stay at the Novotel, but I dined at their on-site restaurant for dinner while in Arica for the night. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly, albeit on the slower side. Moreover, Wifi didn’t work at first, and it took a bit to troubleshoot the issue with it. In the end, I managed to get a signal. Provided the Internet connects more rapidly, I would return to the Novotel’s restaurant in the future (and perhaps actually stay at the hotel, too!).
